Me, I wouldn't make any stop for more than 10mins. When riders say "but the time is reading na" (that's what they mostly say), I clearly tell them that Bolt charges N11/min so I'll rather not wait. If I'm to wait, you're paying extra.

According to him he stated that he bought the 2007 Camry tokunbo directly from Yankee. The car has low miles.. He didn't tell us how low miles it was etc.... So he should have all the original or copy of the documents etc..........

This mileage thing started when I posted mine 2010 Toyota Corolla.. The car had 155k miles on it ......

So I was minding my business peacefully na so he came to my post that he stated that which kind be this etc.. That he has bought a car lower than that and younger than that with low miles....

He said my car was rusted etc .. Maybe na puberty or poverty worry am that day o.. I don't know o grin but I was minding my business ( like I should )and promoting my super tech quietly o..

Since he dey find my trouble .. Na so I ask him to show proof of his car and his low miles etc .. Na so story dey enter from 1 excuse to another etc ....na wetin come bring us to 30k naira challenge to now 50k naira challenge...... Na so we dey my brother....

Ps.. Dashboard can't not show proof of anything my brother... Remember na naija our people we dey deal. with .He fit go snap another man's camry dashboard grin

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sI9W6mfeIGY
So all you actually need is a proof that he bought an 07 Camry, picture of the car and a milage below 155k.

If he can prove these 3things, you'll pay him the 50k challenge rite?

Below is the information of my 07 matrix coming it next month.
If he can get such data for his camry, it qualifies to win the challenge?

We need pictures of the car and evidence that he bought the car... And MILEAGE of the car .. Simple as 123 ... Evidence of the low mileage ..... The offer ends on Monday 28th July... I said it on the original offer ......
What serves as evidence he bought the car?
What's millage threshold that proves the car is low mileage?
Is a dashboard snap of the car enough proof to you?

So let's set the record straight.

Uncle we@dru23,
BAZ001 have accepted your challenge but he want you to restate it again. All we need you to do now is to be precise with the informations you need from him to ascertain his claim.

Like...
1) The year he bought the car, and millage threshold that show whether his own millage is low or high. Eg, 150k miles. So anything above >150k should be termed high, while below <150k should be termed low millage.

2) what and what to present to convince us that the informations he presented where not dubbed from the internet or manipulated.

Thanks.

One thing every driver should know is: the same way you get up in the morning to hustle for your daily bread is the same way those lastma/police/cbd get up to hunt you down and take your hard earned cash. This is their hustle too.

These guys know the places where people easily make driving errors (most likely due to lack of adequate road signs) and they will be waiting for you.

So just be careful!!
In a nutshell, their daily bread is in our daily bread.

Very true. I don't go to unfamiliar places. Once I sense it's a troubled spot, I let the trip ring out.

For instance, I don't do Lagos island( Eko, balogun, idumota, oke arin n Co). So many pitfalls there, the female riders that want to drop by UBA, or on marina road n still want to pay by transfer.
Once it's 3pm up,
Trips to those areas they motivate me oh!

I guess I've gotten accustomed with the area to easily fall pray.

I find it very reliable. With much use, you get acquainted with its use and direction.

Start out by using it everytime, within your neighborhood, and places you are conversant with the audio on. You will get used with its turn left in the next 500 meters, or keep right on the ramp.

With Google map, you shouldn't get lost
One day I'll tell the story that made me shot up that female voice on Gmap permanently.

It happended in my 1st month on Uber and it have never said a word on my phone ever since.

That was how I got a 1.7 surge trip one sunday evening from agungi to ikotun.
Since I stay at Abesan, na so I sharperly accept. Ride was smooth until we got close to synagogue... see traffic for that roundabout. No lastma or police on sight. spent like 30 minutes there, everything was chaotic.
After the traffic then the obaranje abi na ogbanje road. That road long ehn... and very very bad. After dropping rider and crawling back to the beginning of that ogbanje road, I got another request from that same road on 1.5 surge going to lekki, I told rider if she can meet me at the junction of that road then I dey game, but she said no. Na so I face road to house.
Next day I begin hear some kind loud sound from the back. I spent 12k working on my suspension.
Abaranje Road is the worst road in lagos.

1.5km distance on that road can take you over 20mins to cover. The potholes nobi here.

I deliver 28k every week,

I do daily ajo of 6k
I do weekly of 20k

All this money including the delivery and the ajo is gotten from what i make in a week and i never carry a week target to the next unless i didn't work at all in a day or 2 days, this is aside from what i spend on data, call card and feedings. That one can't be accounted for cux i can't say this is what i spend everytime on data, call card and feeding.

And i only do max of 6 trips on Monday to friday but i work anyhow during weekend.

Now calculate all the money together and reason how much i must net in a week to meet up with everything, tho, I'm a single man.

In all, anything you lock you mind to shall be achieved,

i will advise drivers not to work without bearing,
List out what you wish to achieve within a particular period, give yourself target and plan how to make it feasible for yourself.
I new you make more than him before I quote you up there. Cos I've monitored you closely. The app stops working 12am. But you mostly stop 1am.
And I know longer hrs online is among the secrets of heavy dashboard.

You might even remove yourself within a week.

If you spend 1hr without visiting the group, you'll come back and see 2000 unread messages and they can talk rubbish.
Quite informative sometimes though.

I’m not an Uber/bolt driver though but anytime this topic comes up I find myself reading it. Cos I just respect guys who try to hustle and make a living for themselves even with how frustrating Nigeria and it’s girls are frustrating, y’all are still pushing ahead. May God almighty in his mercies make it soft for y’all. I just humbly want to suggest to y’all that is it not possible to have groups of drivers like y’all create a WhatsApp group of say 20 or 30 drivers or more and push each other every week to achieve milestones. And those that come 1st to 3rd get rewards. Like I mean y’all can drop like 10k or 5k for the group and those that come first to 3rd share it or whatever way y’all decide. y’all get the gist sha. I just think it will help those in the group achieve more and also it will get more interesting too. When you are fighting to win the cash gift at the end of the week. You may just find yourself doing way more than you have been doing before. Bless y’all.
There're so many whatsap groups out there bro.
If you ever find yourself in any, you'll see that all these things we try to curtail here, are things that freely happen in them.
People post their dashboards freely, talk about their hours online, their strategies, the time they leave home and when they close at night. People share their daily encounters and discoveries there.

Someone can just wake up and say "it's 4am, I'm just going to brush my teeth and heat the road before 4:30am. I must work today till 11pm then I'll rest tomorrow" and he will do just that. He will even post his dashboard to prove it.

Someone could just be stranded with car issue somewhere, he will just say it in the group and another person will reply him to calm down, that he's on his way to help him out.

There're things you would say and someone would reply you to not say it outside so that the wrong person will not hear it. (just like the issue of saka. You'll see people that are still using it)

But this place is a public domain. Nothing is private here, yet we're meant to keep certain things private.
If you want to help people, you can say it here and they will contact you. You can then motivate them with your earnings and strategies cos it's not everyone that's reading this thread that is with us. There're definitely people against us here, though we may not know if they're actually a threat.

There was a time it was hot here with a lady (sexylaranighi) and it later turned out that she's wife to a LASTMA official. There could be many more like that.
There was a time I wanted to help the indriver crew with tip on avoiding late time to pick up, but I couldn't do it here cos I'm 100% certain that an Indrive official is here with us. I might share and they review their terms.

I'm only trying to say that what most of us are clamoring here, were bone out of genuine concern for self and the hustle. Not necessarily envy. Cos I'm sure kanuisagoat and olayitan's dashboard are far better than our Dictator here. There are many others doing far better. You'll see it in these groups.

Concerning the 5k weekly motivation you spoke about.
It doesn't easily work that way. Cos you can wake up Monday morning, determined to gross 200k, and your car brake down on Wednesday. Your week have been affected.

Below is my earnings for the day. To motivate the unmotivated.

I come in absolute peace.

Aunty Radu. My camry 06 engine too is shortening oil but not smoking yet (maybe not visible) except sometimes in the morning till the engine gets hot and the smoke disappears. They said it's valve seal but I just don't want anybody to tamper with the engine so I'm using it like that.
How much will it cost to fix (the oil shortening and probably the valve stuff) if it qualifies for fixing and how long is the warranty? Thank you for always being there smiley
E sure me say.. Over 60% of us here, have engine shortening of oil issue.

When I started uber newly, I went for oil change at 2700miles. They checked the dip stick and there was no single oil on it. I double checked and the stick never got to the level of the remaining oil in my car.
When they drained the oil, what came out was just about 1 litter of oil.

I've been topping with 1 litre of oil every 1k miles since then (2019) till now. It have even gotten to 1litre every 800miles. Yet the car doesn't smoke nor have sludge. It fires pretty well. I've traveled to East 4times with the car even with this issue. 2times this year.

The only major problem my car is having is shorting of oil, but if you hear the sound, you would think it's a toks car. Na body go fit tell you say the car don teey for naija.

So mama Raduatoworks, if actually there's a way, you've got a lot of us here seeking for it.
