Stormyweather: hustle well, you'd get it for that amount or just a little more. I own one. Bought brand new and planning to sell it soon. So I'm surprised the thing goes for that low price, I was thinking of selling higher. Another reason LG phones are not good, poor resale value. |

Teedeechian: Not trying to derail the thread, just answered a simple question the op asked '' why is it that nobody is talking about LG phones '' because there are better options. Am not saying that LG is not good, it actually is, but there are better options. And for those saying Samsung is laggy , it's either u still using one old model or a clone device. In other words, Samsung is a better option? |

Phones › Apple Continues To Lose Market Share by donhils(op): 2:06pm On Aug 19, 2016 |
Apple sales have been suffering lately; this is not because many people are not using the ios but simply that iphones have remained (almost) the same since 2014. 99.1% of smartphones sold this quarter were credited to Android and ios. However, 54% of this share belongs to the top 5 players namely Samsung, Apple, Huawei, Oppo and Xiaomi. Moving on, Samsung has 22.3% of the share while Apple has 12.9%. It looks like Apple's loss is Samsung's gain because as at this quarter last year, Apple's share of the market was 14.6% while Samsung's was 18.3%. So there you have it, Apple is losing market shares rapidly while Samsung is gaining with giant strides. http://m.gsmarena.com/q2_market_share_results_show_apple_slowly_losing_market_share-news-20036.php |
Phones › Re: Opera Max: How Does It Work? by donhils(op): 9:09am On Aug 19, 2016 |
Omudia: donhils I'm surprised nobody has been able to brief the o.p on how it actually works.
O.P this is classified info
Open Opera Max, go to mobile usage and click on "connect". Before now, doing this alone would save automatically save about 50% of your data but it has been compromised and only saves a negligible amount of data. But not to worry, there's an even better function of the Opera max.
Opera max helps block data. meaning that those apps that run 24/7 on the background draining all your data can now be blocked. Yes! Simply go to "app management", look for "mobile access"; here you see all the apps you have on your phone and you can proceed to block any app that continually drains all your data.
Also, you may want to download the new opera mini that helps you save up to 45% when streaming videos and 85% when downloading. if these two apps are used together, you will no longer complain of data crisis.
I hope I helped. Yea that's more like it. I have the latest opera mini though, but it doesn't watch YouTube videos, instead it redirects me to the main YouTube app. |

prinsam30: OP I think this guy is right, u need to sub to N25 for 500mb before u do the one of N50 for 1.5gb data and if u must sub, do it some minutes past 12midnight or wait for 1am.
Mind you it has been working flawlessly in my area, without complain, just make sure u have a separate Airtel SIM card for this night plan.
Advice : don't use ur day to day Airtel line don't use ur Airtel 2G network plan, just use a new Airtel SIM and ur good to go What will happen if you use your Airtel 2g plan SIM to do it? |

Psychodavidovic: Seems flash score banned Nigerian(s) IP, it won't work ..
You have to use hotspot shield or any VPN app to change your location before it'll start functioning ..
Caution: It zaps lots of MB .. Nah it works with MTN, Airtel and etisalat. Just that recently I subscribed with my Glo line and the issue started. |
