Sorry for your ordeal. I ordered a Home Theatre from Jumia under PoD contract and I got my order less than 48 hours during the peak Christmas season. The HT is in perfect condition.

Electronics is a game of luck but customer service should be reliable not only on sales but in customer complaints as well.

This stuff scares the hell out of me. My mum is an expert in giving 'pump' to constipated kids. She is even consulted by relations, friends and neighbours.

Conditions for receiving this in my home include but not limited to:

- Not passing out stool for days and my mum notices.

- Passing hard 'kernel' faeces and my mum notices

- Releasing horrible farts and my mum notices.

Preparation and Administration:

- Warm water (initially boiled but now warm)

- Add some squeezed scent leave (nchu anwu) to the warm water.

- Get the already sterilised pump.

- Suck in the solution (warm water and scent leave juice).

- Apply vaseline (lubricant) on the pipe of the pump as well as the ana.l passage/muscle

- Test the pump to be sure liquid flows

- Part the nyash (butt cheeks) of the 'victim' and gently insert.

- Press the pump until 90% of liquid is forced into the 'victim'.

- Gently withdraw the pipe while holding together the ''victim's'' nyash and rubbing the belly repeatedly.

- Release the 'victim' and make a run yourself to a safe location where the geyser of faeces will not drench you like a volcanic eruption.

I think I received this up to five times. Funny enough, it usually works!

I am really disappointed at you. If you can't see the correlation between these achievements and improvement in standard of living then you might need to go back to school. Don't work! Fold your arms and wait for the FG to spoon-feed you. Later, you will all be hating on prospering individuals who make good use of every opportunity provided by the government.

These are facts! Go into the field and get busy.

OMG!!!
I just met my agent friend five minutes ago while coming back from work. He informed me that he's got a vacant ONE ROOM in Anthony Village (3 minutes walking distance to Ikorodu road and Gbagada-Oshodi expressway.
Room costs 4k per month for Two years!!! (I can't believe it). A room here normally go for 6k and above. First come first served. I can't guarantee the availability of the room for a period longer than as I'm typing o!
I just have to post this for anyone who is interested.

It's fixed. They don't bill by rent duration but for creation of rent opportunity.

Self-contain here in Anthony, Mende and Maryland ranges from 160k - 220k per year (x 2 years) plus 100k agent & commission fee plus 20k or 30k caution/damages fee (refundable).

I can still vividly recall the FIRST person I spoke to in 2014. It was at the crusade ground during 2013/14 cross-over service. She was fair, petite and amiable. I was seated two rows beside her during the service and I could not help but admire her lovable demeanour. She had on her an aura of luck and goodness which I so needed for the year ahead.

''5, 4, 3, 2, 1... Happy New Year!!!'' everyone at the crusade ground chorused signifying the entrance of 2014. ''Wish your neighbour a blessed new year'' the presiding pastor urged the congregation. ''She must be the first to speak to me and same will I be to her'' I thought as I forced my way towards her while ignoring the voices of others. ''Happy New Year'' I said while trying to catch my breathe. ''Happy New Year to you too'' she replied with a smile that would make Angelina Jolie a learner.

That encounter marked the beginning of other encounters... Dear Bridget, my year has been great and you are part of My Story!

Extend your search to Anthony Village...
The centrality and assessibility of this location is awesome. You can easily connect to the Island via Third Mainland Bridge (100 naira). ikeja is also five minutes drive (70 naira). Electricity here is 18hrs per day (guaranteed) reason being there is a mini power station closeby (@Maryland).
Criminal activity is practically almost non-existent and the environment is serene.
I moved into this area from Surulere five months ago and I have never had cause to regret the decision. Funny as it may appear I got the house via OLX (take caution). Met agent (now a friend), landlady and house same day and paid same day.

That's my Xmas gift to you.
