saints2: Thanks man, I really apperciate, can you please do the breakdown analysis of how you manage yours? I am in Media management, can you share some tips? Thanks man.Presently, I work as a Media Account Manager... I started as a Web Content Developer / Social Media Manager but have longed proved myself capable to handle bigger responsibility which saw me rose to the present position in few months. I'll start by asking you to familiarise yourself with the working and function of each individual social media platform e.g. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram etc. Each platform has what works for it. They all have their unique direction, message tone, lingua, emotions etc. So you must get to understand this if you want to pull traffic and increase organic engagement on your different social platforms. Furthermore, there are certain tools you must get acquainted to. These tools will help you execute your duties effectively and even when you are not around. Don't be scared, they are easy to learn. As a matter of fact, I learnt all on my own in a period of two days. The utilities are: - Google analytics: helps to check the performance of your website e.g. traction (visits), engagements (comments), bounce rate etc. - Hootsuite: helps you schedule your social media update/uploads/posts. It will upload for you when you are not around. - Mailchimp: helps you send out Daily/Weekly/Monthly Newsletters to your fans/subscribers. - WordPress: a website/blog interface via which uploads/contents are developed and published. Abeg, am tired of typing. I'll always be here to guide you through. MAKE SURE YOU DON'T JOIN THE "click LIKE and type AMEN" band. Yes, they may have thousands of post LIKES and YESes but those things are called bad profit. Make your engagement MEANINGFUL, EDUCATING AND ENTERTAINING. |
TWO INTERVIEW SESSIONS - Health Insurance Company (ignorant me) on Monday, 27th January, 2014 - Supermart on Tuesday, 28th January, 2014 (never heard from them after passing two test stages same day) My present place of work happened to be the 3rd place I went for interview same week. That was on Thursday, 30th January, 2014. I got the offer same day and since then have proven myself worthy of higher responsibility. Bagged three promotions already in seven months. Na Baba God! |
Please, don't bother going. I researched about them for you guys... I think it's a waste of time... Check this link http://www./f36/robins-begg-consulting-job-vacancies-154797/index6.html |

I sincerely agree with her... From my personal research, having lived in different parts of the country and under different social settlement strata, I believe Nigeria's power problem rests more on power DISTRIBUTION and less on GENERATION. Most of the distribution and transmission infrastructure in Nigeria are not only dilapidated but also over-stretched in capacity. The overwhelming rural-urban migration has caused a great burden on our social amenities; stretching them to their breaking points. The load a single transformer is made to carry is better left for the imagination. You find a situation where a single transformer is serving an overpopulated settlement of about 3 nautical miles radius. Tell me why there won't be constant breakdowns (transformers, cable cuts etc)! Ever wonder why you experience better power supply in the electrified rural areas with less population/load. Rural areas I have lived: Agbani (Enugu state), Adikpo (Benue state), Item (Abia state) I was opportune to live in the above rural areas and I can tell you that I enjoyed power supply. On average, one enjoys about 18 hours of electricity per day. Urban Areas I have lived: Aba, Portharcourt, Enugu, Lagos Depending on the areas you live (judged by social stratification), one can go from NO ELECTRICITY to 20 hours of uninterrupted electricity supply. Places with less population and better transformer-population ratio experience better power supply compared to the slums and congested settlement nuclei which, unfortunately, majority of Nigerians live. Conclusion: No matter how much power we generate (1,000,000 MegaWatts) if the infrastructural aspect of TRANSMISSION and DISTRIBUTION is not addressed, we will keep living in darkness. The part of Lagos where I presently stay enjoys, on average, 20 hours of uninterrupted power supply compared to other parts of the same Lagos where I had previously lived. Difference? >>> Tranformer-population ration |

deji2009: Given the above, it would appear that the laptop is sufferingActual number of laptop is Compaq Mini CQ10-100 |

deji2009: Given the above, it would appear that the laptop is sufferingI'll try the BIOS reset. Thanks all. |
My HP Compaq Mini Laptop is faulty. ORIGINAL KEYBOARD FAULT - All the keys work except keys A S D F G Z C. - Key Z repeats itself multiple times once you boot to desktop. Stop only when you hit the keyboard a little. I was advised to get a new keyboard which I went for yesterday at Computer Village. I tried many keyboards but they kept repeating the following error sequence: - All keys respond when punched - Key Z no longer repeats itself - When you press key A it displays AZ, key S displays SX, key D displays DC etc. and these are the keys that DON'T WORK in the original keyboard. The technician cleaned the Keyboard Controller on the motherboard with brush (no spirit) and tried the keyboards again but it still repeated same errors. He now concluded that the Keyboard Controller is faulty and cannot be changed. I only have to make do with external keyboards. MAIN-POINT: Engineers in the house, what do you think of the above situation. - Is the technician's diagnosis/troubleshooting correct? - If yes, is the keyboard controller fixable/repairable? - If yes, what will it cost me to fix it? adetwin MARKone deji2009 skydancer Oxone BetaTechnicians |
iiichidodo: Delaying rainfall over an area of infrastructural importance is a matter of good timing and deployment of weather tools used to disperse cumulonimbus clouds..... Sir, it's not limited to the cumulonimbus cloud. Other cloud genres such as those of stratus can also be dissipated. |
As a METEOROLOGIST: We refer to the process of inducing artificial rainfall as CLOUD SEEDING (atmospheric water nucleation). It involves the introduction of dry ice or chemicals e.g. silver iodide into the upper part of the atmosphere to help create an artificial platform for condensation. In like manner, the introduction of certain chemicals can as well help to dissipate (de-nucleation) an already built up rain cloud such as the cumulus and the stratus genres. These are purely SCIENTIFIC and have nothing metaphysical. |
