CrystalTiger:It's actually good to hold intellectual debates every now and then, it makes us all better and improves our outlook towards life in general. It lets us see things a bit differently than we're used to which is why you see a lot of people actually curious about what A001 is actually trying to say, not until they're met with a barrage of insults and name-calling and then see that even what he's trying to say is actually truly bullshite. But on overall, it's good to have intelligent intellectual debates to see each others points of view seeing as this thread is an actual representative microsome of our society. |
Unlimited22:Please answer, you've kinda pinched my intellectual curiosity, don't leave me hanging, ejoor. ![]() |
Unlimited22:Can you slightly elaborate here please, I didn't fully catch unto what you meant. |
BlueRayDick:You're really not too far off from the truth. I myself am drawing direct parallels with Scientology. There is a relatively new religion called Scientology in America which was founded in the 50s in America and has become quite a big thing with more than 30 million members today. And if you read about that Scientology, And guess what, the founder of this religion was a Hollywood Science fiction writer who apparently took his fiction writing a little too seriously and went right in. Just a Sneak peek into the doctrines of Scientology would show you that it is no different to what this A001 guy has become, difference being he pulls you in with his sentimental "African nationalism bullshite". Before going full cray cray. Here below is a little window into Scientology being debunked by Dawkins. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W-pr2PL-e9Y?si=2XA0jT5EAX1DrTMZ

Unlimited22:Wait, you read the God delusions by Richard Dawkins and still remained a Christian ?? ![]() That's something else. because that book has been the major pipeline for breeding atheists. It bursts every religious bubble there is to burst. It completely breaks down the irrationality of religious beliefs, the major contradictions in the religious books, the innane bannality of the revered religious books. There was something Dawkins highlighted which completely demystified religion, he highlighted some texts from the Bible without highlighting the verses, that is, he wrote some commands and stories in the Bible but didn't write what verses they were from and in reading them, it felt like something a pyschotic serial killer would write, commanding animals to eat children for mocking a man, commanding his Israelite warriors to attack the Sumerians or so and kill every living thing and not just stop there but "rip unborn babies from the womb of their pregnant women" to ensure that no single living being survives, to destroying the entire world for the "sins" of people around them. To treating other human beings like caricatures, like killing all of Jobs children in order to test him as if those children are background characters in a movie. Dawkins was brilliant in essentially explicitly expressing how religion was very terrible at its core and had no hand in shaping whether a person was "good" "bad" or moralistic. You can't have read that book well and not come out questioning everything you knew about organised religion. It infuses you with that doubt as to what you believe and helps you get over that "fear" of blasphemy that traps your mind. South park once gave a succinct point of his. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fPJQw-x-xho?si=T8jPYsre7RfOy4yr https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bdvoe0j4Hjw?si=tZR93JztA2BSBK-0 |

The thing Is that A001 deludes himself to actually be an intellectual and then goes off to believe the most insane shit ever heard without tendering any proof to back up those highly nonsensical shits. Like gods being caged, ahura and Mazda and other tales by moonlight. He has dug In too deeply into some weird conspiratorial bullshite and somehow convinces himself that the vast majority who don't believe that bullshite like him are definitely less intelligent. I know we have really rubbished the term "mental illness" as we misuse it a lot but I actually believe that this guy has some form of mental illness. From his innate ability to accept a challenge to his opinions to a borderline narcissistic delusions of grandeur where he thinks he's the best amongst the rest to his hairline trigger temper. This guy doesn't experience the normal range of human thoughts and expressions. I hope he sees a psychiatrist for his own good. I don't picture him having rational debates with anyone. |
E reach to do poll here sef for him to see how useless his points of views are. |
GloriousGbola:The guy is highly deluded and his delusions of grandeur will not allow us have peace here. Every single day posting one irrelevance after another. Every challenge is met with verbal abuse or the historic "I don't have your time". |
How does this guy keep getting away with pissing off every single person on the thread?? This place is supposed to be a chatroom, where people dialogue and EXCHANGE ideas on different issues. If you are not up for a healthy dialogue, then why post?? If you think every single person here is beneath your perceived intelligence, then why bother? Why keep messing up these pages that do nothing but rile up everyone? Every single post contains the phrase "Africans are too dull". This has to be breaking some kind of rule. That kind of talk is inimical to any kind of healthy discuss. What can we do to stop seeing these nonsense posts?? I can't be the only one tired of these nonsenses. I ask again, is there any single poster on this forum who thinks A001 is contributing positively to this chat room? Is there anyone who takes him seriously? Very curious about this |
izzou:Thanks, e be like nah to carry am enter investment thread, someone there might know one or two how exactly to follow this up |
aieromon:They're both alive. It's just that I can't find information about some of the registrars online. |
Guys, please raumdeuter shared a link recently that showed one's outstanding stocks. Both my parents invested in stocks pre-2008 stock market crash. They've were receiving little dividends before but when they relocated, they stopped receiving any and they never cashed any of the dividends received then. So I'm asking if anyone has any idea if those dividends have been backended, if they're entitled to it, and how to go about checking the current valuation of these stocks, because both my parents sunk about 650k cumulatively in these stocks. And another thing is that some of these companies may not even still be viable or alive today and even the stockbroking firms they used have nothing about them. Could any one help me here? Because my dad alone put 100k into GTB then and I'm thinking that seeing the current valuation of GTB today alone, this might be worth something, at least a million today as bad as e bad, both in unclaimed dividends and current valuation. Likewise other stocks. Please can someone point me in the right direction. Where to go for basic enquiry or any site to scour. Cc ibime, blueraydick, disstroy, afrodoc, raumdeuter, others who can help.

reccy:He will just be constituting nuisance on the thread everyday. I'm yet to see who takes his post seriously in any way. |
Wike working wonders for his loyalists. https://www.nairaland.com/7833450/tribunal-sacks-apcs-udende-returns Nigeria is indeed broken. Nihilist was right all along, nigeria can never work! |
Female students in class at a university in Afghanistan. Note that this picture is a year old now seeing as women have now been completely banned from education by the Taliban government.

akwesenana:He's splitting it now. ![]() At least we're getting somewhere. Maybe he will start splitting them into 3 soon. Essayist. ![]() |
airmark:At this point, the guy is completely deluded. Honestly he's upping his game in baffling us with bullshite. My pity and regards for those who fall for his masked madness. |
Ibime:The bolded right there is the counter to your point. millions of tech oriented people are using other ecosystems. Samsung or apple. But okay, I understand what you mean better now. Their major commodity is data and information and as has always been said throughout history; information is power. Their huge cache of data gives them enormous influence in the world of tech today. Sometimes I wonder how they're able to get their almost trillion dollar valuation. |
Ibime:Ive been curious about a statement you made. You said Google was the very best company ever founded in history. I want to know your thoughts behind that. |
Ballzproblem2:Except you consider the fact that Israel is in the middle East but plays in the champions league. |
OasisX:At this point it's evident he has deep inferiority complex. Something is wrong with that guy. How can a human being be seeing every single issue via the lens of African inferiority or superiority? |
seankafor:China is literally 20 times richer than the Arabs. What do you mean? |
Rather than attack the fact that our electoral system is broken despite promises of a free, fair transparent election, the electoral umpire failed in carrying out a credible exercise (an undeniable fact). Rather than put the onus on INEC for having failed in doing their number one job, you are criticizing the victims of that exercise failure for not "adequately" proving that it happened, (again, despite all of us knowing that it happened). Check your consciences. |
FakeNEWSevryday:Only a fool lying to himself would genuinely believe that bola Tinubu won the election or that the elections were absolutely free and fair. There is something inherently evil with you guys the APC supporters. You people are celebrating the failure of the electoral system by highlighting how basically impossible it is to prove fraud despite knowing that indeed the process was fraudulent. I have asked all of you supporters if you believe that the official numbers declared by INEC for Tinubu are accurate to which you guys either ran or agreed that indeed they were not accurate. And as to your bragging about candidate influence. Don't be silly, Tinubu is the only candidate to lose his home state both home and away. Lagos and Osun. Obi a relative unknown, defeated Jagaban on his home turf. Tinubu did not win any major city in nigeria. The 4 major cities in nigeria are Lagos, Kano, port Harcourt and Kaduna and Tinubu won none of them. Please drop that nonsense bragging. If PDP and APC did not both rig labor party at different states, we wouldn't be having this conversation. |
izzou:Initial reaction from parents was complete shock because my household was a deeply religious one. The type that used to wake up every single morning and pray. They couldn't believe when I came home from school one day and started asking questions about God or our religion. I think my very first exposure to agnosticism or atheism was via some foreign movies where some characters would use phrases like "IF there's a God up there, I hope he does so and so". I remember watching desperate housewives and hearing that sentence and pausing to know if I heard that right, what did Gabrielle mean asking IF there's a God up there? Is that a joke? Are there people who question his existence? I was always told that even though they were different religions, we were all serving the same God, just in slightly different ways. The curiosity had been successfully implanted when I kept on hearing this kind of quips, or phrases or sentences from different TV characters, questioning religion or the existence of God in different ways. That's when I started researching on the internet and came across different articles, videos, people who dissected the arguments very well and made one see the shallowness of believing in a religion. Well today, I've largely won the battle of religion in my house, my persistent picking of holes in religion, pointing out the bespoke bigotry of religion, aspects which they unknowingly partake in when they make certain utterances or their disposition towards people of different religions or even different denomination within the same faith drives home my point. The contradiction of the Bible, the violent disposition of the stories of the Bible and so on. Now, they too don't even go to church some days which is a big win for me because there was a time I had to pretend and go to church for their sake and even when I moved away from them, they used to call on Sundays to beg me to go church especially my mom with her blackmails. "My son's soul would never belong to the devil" the angels of the Lord shall win him back to the lord well, we certainly have come a long way. She's the one now facing that from her siblings. ![]() |
At least the paragraphs reduce this time. Maybe he's finally getting the point. |
Best movies of the year so far. I've seen just 4.

How atheists always feel in nigeria.

GloriousGbola:Reading this, I didn't know whether to interpret the "no head" as in sexual innuendo of no Mouth Action (knowing you) or no head as in physical violent decapitation of my head. Curious to know which you had in mind. ![]() |
25 whole paragraphs. And the content is just basically unrealistic SciFi. Points that cannot be challenged lest be met with barrage of insults. Who tjay this thing? |
Well said flint, that's why I said many of this Batist people have sold their conscience on the alter of political bias. Imagine stupidly asking why INEC should release documents that defend the results they themselves declared? I keep saying it, we are our biggest problems. Look at it today, our judiciary, a core institution of democracy and any healthy society has proven itself to be bastardized and am appendage to the whims and caprices of very corrupt government officials and you have willing enablers who are applauding this because of political bias. This country is finished! Theflint1: |
