the reason why policemen kill innocent citizens because of 20naira bribe, is because you & 99% of nigerians would rather bribe police officers @ a checkpoint instead of submitting your vehicle particulars for inspection, because u claim the process is time consuming.
So what happens, when the remaining 1% refuse to give bribe?
They get molested & beaten fatally becos nigerian policemen now compare BRIBE, to TIPPING! like is practised in foriegn countries!
