Oga, You are right. Capital expenditure is not written off once, it is capitalized and depreciated over the years.
Simple example: If I borrow money to buy a laptop for 100,000 naira, I will have a fixed asset (laptop) in my balance sheet worth 100k and I will have liabilities also 100k (borrowed funds).
The only expense going to the income statement will be the
interest expense on borrowing.

When Abraham 'gave' Melchizedech 'tithe'....there was NO law on tithing yet!

I did my SRD yesterday. The news is that, Shell will be calling very soon. Most likely this month.

There is an average matrix of your performance across all activities. If you get to the pass mark required for Capability, Achievement and Relationship then you scale through.

My help is of the Lord. My strength don finish. Tasking and drilling is the word to describe the SRD.
