I just got immirefusal yesterday, since that time my spirit has almost left my body. But i thank God that am still alive, the refusal is base on the point that my personal statement, age wise, the course am going to Oz to study is achieveable in Nigeria why spending the money,that they not convinced that after the period of time that i will be coming back to my country....pls you guys should advise me now if i have chance again to enter OZ...

I am assuming they will share fake marriage certificate and the rest, perhaps fake wedding pictures as well.

My advice would be don't cause you would mess things up. Instead marry him first before he applies.

Yea...I am confident in God who knows d best for us. My Agent said he would advice i wait till my wife's course finishes.. Dat it wunt be wise to apply again as she is still on a student visa. Her program be completed by Jan 2019.
But I heard from my research that spouse visa takes upto 11-15 months. So na long long tin I dey so. I pray God to help me cope with dis. Am already loosing concentration at my work place.

PTA can also b process for a one way ticket (especially for study visa holder with visa exceeding 1 yr). While BTA(Business Traveling Allowance) requires a return ticket.

PTA is issued on return ticket bot a one way ticket.

They are wrong o! PTA has nothing to do with one way ticket, show dem ur 2 yrs study visa, I got mine yesterday from Access bank.

Pls go back to d bank and request to see a superior staff.

Thank you for helping me even without knowing it. I barely pass a day without passing over here to lift my spirit with those who got their Grant earlier. The prayers, the jokes(I can never forget the story of someone here who wrote about fasting until almost had ulcer, that day i laughed and also cried because that was my case), the encouragement here is massive, all these gave me the strength to hold on.... 8months of waiting no be beans my bros and Sis's but finally the God who fetches water with a basket to disgrace the bucket showed himself. To him i give all the glory. To all Visa hopefuls, please hang in there and pray for God will surely answer.

You should do the calling and be polite and am sure u will get your grant this week if you believe.

You said u provided additional documents on 23rd october, which documents did they ask for? And u mentioned today makes it your 33rd day since you applied how is it possible cos we have over 90days from Nov to date....please clarify this.

In my own case, they asked for additional documents which I provided and I submitted since on the 23rd of Oct and international students are not admitted in 2nd commencement on my course of study. I only have this month and resumption is in 3 weeks time. Though immi is saying 21-45 days as processing time, today should be 33rd day. I am thinking my uncle who is my sponsor should ring them. What do you think?

No it isn't, just make sure it doesn't enter same day at once.

Good morning guys,

A friend referred me to this trend some days ago, I urgently need your advise biko.

I used an agent to apply but they have been very disappointing, been having issues ranging for poor service to delayed updated and uploaded of provided documents. It was like a tog of war before they even uploaded my visa application in December 22.

I requested for the documents that they uploaded for me after going through what most people on this platform attached some days ago and I noticed that My statement of purpose (Sop) was not attached, my sponsors statement of account was not attached too as against what they filled in the application page (see attached pic).

Prior effort to take charge of my application myself after discovering there incompetence have not been fruitful as they keep declining to give me the pass codes to my account

I am confused at this point , I'll appreciate your kind advise please.

They contacted my employer, they called him on his personal no(not d one I submitted), he said they got the no from LinkedIn, I guess they went through the stress because my company have no website neither do they have an official email address.

I also noticed that a private official user viewed my LinkedIn profile, though this did not come as a surprise because my agent hinted me earlier that I shld make sure my CV n LinkedIn profile were both in agreement since my company have no official website.
