What is the duration of the scholarship for medical students?.. I can't seem to find it even on their website

that doesn't make sense, uniport has 15 dentistry slots. Well I'm sure there is some kinda explanation

if I'd say, then pharmacy or med lab. its your choice tho, so think carefully before choosing

Last year? No, it was pretty okay.... This year? It'd be a miracle. Even ELDS wouldn't get in with such score

Unless you're from the ELDS or know someone who knows someone very important, you'd be wasting a good score... 260s were dumped last year, this year could be worse

Actually, it's just top 40, which is 31%. You should be angry towards the ELDS peeps who have about 10% share in remaining 69%, and the lecturer's relations slots which could most likely be another 10%.... So about 49% for merit(approx top 64 non basic candidates)

Well they did anyway, and unlike you who stayed at home enjoying mums good meals, they spent 6 months away from home studying their azzes off to come out tops. Not to mention top 40 from over a thousand isn't kids play.

I'm no basic student and I won't deny the fact that basic is added advantage... But I'd never hate on them just because I'm on the other side of the fence.

On a side note, mdcn quota for uniport is now 130, meaning about 90+ slots for utme students... That's fair enough

Uniport's merit list is good, but their 2nd and 3rd lists isn't something to write home about. So aim for merit list... I hope you also know the basic, utme ratio. You'd have to be top 50 to be safe.
