Ayetoro is not in lagos state and is different from Ayobo. If you get a full plot of land for less than 3m in Ayobo it's very likely to be a scam. They tend to sell for between 4-10m.

Be very careful with your money. The severely problematic road joining Ayobo lagos and Ayetoro ogunstate is almost completed on the lagos end. Ayetoro omonile are one of the worst around. They do not sleep and have a rota on their roads.

if you get a plot for less than 1m its more likely to be in lafenwa which is after ayetoro. Do not let anyone sell end of a sloppy land to you as flood becomes your friend and you will spend a major part of your money on foundation. A cheap land might not be cheap afterall

in the spirit of giving back, i have been a silent reader for awhile now,

i submitted my application on 29th of August, did biometrics 2016 for my first and visa was not approved.

Submitted 29th August paper route for myself and got email for passport collection on the 20th Of Sept,
Picked passport 21st September visa was approved.

list of docs submitted

6months account statement
intro letter from company
Invitation Letter
Letter of purpose
flight reservation
employment letter
payslips for 4months
Consent letter for my toddler

and lastly Gods grace.
