Someone is smiling to the bank every year with his millions. The same land you speak of. I know of some that hasn't improved in price in that last 2yrs.

Don't blame them . I was once like them. They are many on nairaland, some eventually got the logic while some are still chasing their shadows and are yet to understand that false knowledge is more dangerous than ignorance. In all, investing your money in anything is your personal choice.

It’s pointless to set goals if you are not going to try to hit them. For instance, whether Treasury Bills and Mutual Funds are nonsense or not, i love locking my money there for a reason .

I have some money left aside to invest with i was thinking of investing in shares or mutual fund but i am a novice in both and willing to learn how both work.

please gurus in the system advice me coz i dont know what the stock or mutual fund market is saying right now and i have been doing some finding but havent get a genuine information.

Shares takes years to get high pay out dividend, most people buy share for their unborn kids as a result.

Treasure bill is like a loan to the government that can be paid back at anytime you want, however, duration determines the percentage of profit you make, could be weeks, months, 1 year or more.


Crypto currency is a big risk, I'm NOT saying don't invest but venture in other sectors before risking that of Crypto currency. Crypto is highly volatile but massive profit but eh bros, if the volatility catches up with you, your 1 million could be worth 400k or less within minutes and the painful thing about it is you would be watching your money decrease right in your btc wallet and you can't do nothing about it, Ask gurus like Tabbaz, LadyF, Ymodulus and HazzanTazzan.

stop paying agents. Changing anything on international passport can be done through the portal.

google nigerian immigration portal, go to the site, apply for a change of whatever , fill the form, pay the fee of about 15 or 17k online, get an appointment date immediately and go for the interview.

Make sure you go with the necessary documents for the interview and you would be fine.

you do not need to spend more than 17k to get all these done the right way.

i am applying for a name change and it is all i did. my interview is next week. and No you dont have to go to abuja, i am doing this in port harcourt.
