My guy, you will rot in jail or infarct na death! shocked . Trust me Nnamdi Kanu's photographs & full details has now been transmitted to Interpol & Eurodoc. MARKET ANALYSIS Dollar depressed ahead of FOMC decision

The Dollar has drifted lower against a basket of major currencies, ahead of the Federal Reserve decision later today, which is largely expected to conclude with an unchanged monetary policy.

With it being considered aprevious conclusionthat US interest rates will be left unchanged in September, much attention will likely be directed towards the Fed’s forward guidance, for clues on future monetary policy. While the central bank is also expected to announce the unwinding of its mammoth balance sheet today, the real action will be in the Fed’s economic projections and Yellen’s Press Conference. With concerns over low inflation in the U.S raising questions over when the next rate hike will come, it will be interesting to hear Yellen’s thoughts on this topic. This could be a very lively session for the Dollar, especially when considering how the FOMC will be updating its economic projections and providing its forecast for growth, inflation and interest rates.

Dollar bulls could be offered a rare opportunity to bounce back, if Yellen adopts a hawkish tone during her press conference. A situation where the Fed is cautious and expresses concern over low inflation, is likely to weigh on rate hike expectations, consequently punishing the Dollar.

The Dollar Index remains bearish on the daily charts, with sustained weakness below 91.50, encouraging a further decline towards 91.00.

Commodity spotlight – WTI

WTI Crude found comfort above $50 on Wednesday, after Iraq’s Oil Minister said OPEC and other oil producers were considering extending or even deepening supply cuts, to rebalance the markets.

As the OPEC meeting looms, an extension of the current production deal beyond March is a possibility, especially when considering how OPEC’s crude oil production fell last month, for the first time since April. With oil prices steadily appreciating, as investors become increasingly optimistic over OPEC’s effort to stabilize the saturated markets, the cartel should be encouraged to extend the current deal, which may fuel the upside.

Nigeria and Libya are likely to be in the spotlight during Friday’s OPEC meeting, with discussions centered on the progress of their deal to limit output. With both countries currently exempt from the OPEC led deal to cut production, it will be interesting to see if the two nations agree to limit their output and how this will impact oil prices.

Technical traders will continue to observe how WTI Crude behaves above $50. A solid daily close above this level should encourage a further appreciation towards $51.50.

PoliticsCourt Strikes Out Fraud Charge Involving Diezani by dotcomnamename(op): 2:17pm On Sep 20, 2017
Nnamdi Dimgba, justice of the federal high court, Abuja, on Wednesday, struck out a charge involving Diezani Alison-Madueke, former minister of petroleum resources, in the trial of her associate – Jide Omokore.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) had brought an eight count charge of fraud to the tune of $1.6 billion against Omokore.

Alison-Madueke was named in the eighth count of the fraud charges , but the judge struck out the charge.

This was after he heard an application filed by the former minister that she was named in the case without fair hearing. She claimed that the EFCC did not give her an opportunity to defend herself.

BLSYNG:
IPOB can get as much support as possible from International Communities because the separatist movement is unheard-off in Africa. No African leader dead or alive has commanded the kind of followers Nnamdi Kanu commands today and it is an amazingly spirited, selfless and peaceful movement.
Second, the FG has arrogated all the powers and authorities in the country including that of the Legislature and Judiciary. So, IPOB can only cry out to the international communities who can help tag Nigeria a terrorist government.
You can not block funds that are legally transferred for the just struggle of a world adjudged and recognized peaceful organization and movement.

Well, no great hardship for him - he can afford a driver for as long as his ban lasts. However, it should be an automatic requirement that anybody convicted of drink driving should never be able to drive a car with a bigger engine than 1L once they get their license back. The smaller and less powerful the car the less damage it would do to another car, its passengers or pedestrians were there to be any future accident. It might also make the likes of Wayne Rooney think more about the implications as they wouldn't be able to drive their super-cars ever again. I hope the tax payer isnt footing the bill for the police presence!! He's such a loser. The drink driving element should be more news worthy than the other woman element. Idiots who take to the wheel drunk kill innocent lives. Being wealthy and good at kicking a ball around a field doesn't entitle someone to treat his wife and family this way. Shame on you Rooney, you uncaring, disrespectful, dishonourable, contemptible disgrace! He should be ashamed undecided.

Jawa:
dear Menakay, you need to calm down sir. a VO will not refuse an application for 'no good reason'. the VO does not know the applicant so this is not a personal decision. there are qualities and attachments the VO is looking out for that the applicant falls short of. an ex senior colleague of mine who earns over 500,000NGN lived and studied in the UK for 5years, did a 1-year program in India and has his third US B1B2 visa but when he applied for a canadian visa even while on a vist to the US, it was denied. he even has 2 children, an irish citizen and a US citizen. he then told me that the VO saw his heart that he was never going to return. in my knowledge and from people i know personally, the Australian and New Zealand visas carry far more weight than the UK visa. talking of the UK, once you have money(not lodged) and have engagements, its about the easiest visa to get after the US visa.
the immigration lawyer you contacted will probably get the case notes as well and have a look at it and if he is honest, he will advise you to not appeal if the reasons are concrete. an immigration lawyer is not superior to a VO and even if he wins the appeal, if a CBSA officer is unsatisfied with the circumstances of the issuance, the immigration lawyer cannot help in that case as a CBSA officer's decision at POE, unfortunately, is final. best of luck
Nice one. I heard not even from two people that Australia and New Zealand visa are not hard to get. Could this be true?
