I think you're right . Prior to my order, i rarely saw anything negative about their services. I guess I'm just unfortunate. By March 2nd, I'll ask for a total refund and get another phone here in 9ja.

Reddington:
Happens every now and then bro. They deliver fast most of the time. Check their reviews.

for over a month now, the beautiful leather pouch has arrived but every time i see it in the house, i feel very bad.
Does tracking tell you your shipment is in transit ?

ElvisMcCoy:
We are going through the same thing. I can open dispute on the 3rd of March. Mine was despatched 7th of January all the accessories have arrived just the phone.

I BEG TO DIFFER
SINCE JAN 4, MY ITEM NEVER LAND TILL NOW
FROM THE SAME HK GOLDWAY

Reddington:
Very true. Although I was a little bit disappointed with the time range between "despatched" and "arrival". I'm guessing it was because the items were shipped on the eve of Chinese New year holidays, otherwise HK Goldway are usually way faster.

I really do hope my case doesn't turn to this
The same color of RedmiNote 5 was shipped on Jan 4th and hasn't arrived till now.
Every time i check, all i ever get is ''ítem in transit''
Hong Kong Goldway is the seller and they've been replying my mails explaining why i need to wait till the 60th day before opening dispute.
I DON TAYA I SWEAR.

StRichard:
Please fibonacci2526 I need your opinion here, this is what the idiot sent to me knowing fully well the processing time ends today. Should I go ahead with the order?

\we just need the monies back

that's all.

helinues:
Probing is not the issue here. Would you be able to prosecute anyone found guilty?

THANKS PAL.
I'LL HAVE AND NEED TO WAIT
Don't really need the money back cos i'd still have to reorder and start waiting all over again
Thanks.

fibonacci2526:
You need to be patient o, items are not landing FIFO. Lord knows why. It will surely land one day.

Despatched to overseas (Country code: NG)

the above was the response from 17track

fibonacci2526:
Track it on 17track.

I now have 3 unreplied messages in his mailbox

mindtricks:
Maybe try chatting the seller first to hear him out. It seems like he delayed shipping your item.

I really hope Hong Kong GoldWay hasn't scammed me.
I've ordered a Note5 since December 28th and the expected arrival time has been Jan 19th to Feb 3rd but it's not arrived till now and each time i tracked it, i saw ''order has been shipped''
Guys, should I open dispute or wait a little longer ?
Pls advise.
