However, the MA currently has 1year left on the current study visa June 2023 to June 2024. That will mean the IHS will be for a year rather than a year 4months which is £470 for the child.

I am unsure of what that is in dollars. Remember currency exchange rates will always apply

No it isn't true

At the moment she is entitled to bring her child dependant

It is important to make the application before the current visa expires and before she applies for post study visa if that is the route she chooses to follow.

Leave ample time to do so incase there are delays.In my opinion target minimum 3months towards the end of her current visa.

If she chooses the skilled workers route after study, she can bring her child dependant any time

I believe you need to print a copy of the payment/debit from your end(you should be able to save and print the payment receipt from your app), along with the database of your passport to IOM.

You will need to rebook your appointment and go with the evidence above

Ignore the pre generated email and do what needs to be done.
