We talking about a Regional Premier in a federation who had the right to break away from the federation if he felt his region was incompatible with the rest.. He did not! He wanted to be part of Nigeria, a country with equal rights boldily inscripted in her constitution, but at the same time, he also wanted to create all sorts of segregative laws that will make it possible for non Nigerians and colonialists alike, to progress more in his region than his "fellow Nigerians"!
