To be trophy wife is work and it starts early. My friend in high school aspired to marry a wealthy man and she went to work. While we scuffed down burgers and chips she was counting calories; while drank coffee, she was concerned about her teeth, when we drank like sailors, she pointed out the impact alcohol has on hydration.

She spent her wages on going to places that rich people go to, she could only afford the one drink or a starter but it paid off for her. She married a wealthy man, who was handsome, who took her around the world.

Once she had the first child, a son for him then the dream turned into a nightmare. He started beating her black and blue for the next 10 years.

She lost a pregnancy because he threw a fvckin TV at her when she was 8 months pregnant. He spent 4 years in prison for that, and she took him back.

She got to enjoy his money in peace for the 4 years he was locked up. They’re still together, and I don’t know how life is treating her but she worked haaaarrrrrd for her designer bag, private school for her children, expensive cars she gets to drive, and to own a house in the west end of London.

She spent her youth, her health, her blood, tears, and sweat to have the life she has. Sitting down getting fat and delusional will not get you the life you dream about.

You have to work and sacrifice; even if it’s done on your back rather than your feet. Me! I’m content with my health, peace of mind, and meeting my basic needs for myself.

This is hard to achieve for both genders. Share some tips because some people might be interested.

The first thing is to stop hair loss or breakage and then it’s about your diet. I found some anti breakage products, and I have increased my intake of protein and Iron rich foods. I have since found that my hair has stopped shedding and I’m seeing improvement in volume and length.
