Health / Re: PMS (pre menstraul stress) how to over come it by doubletree(f): 9:48pm On Sep 03, 2006
pms affects men too oh! i didn't realise i suffered untill my bloke told me .he could tell when my period was due, because i became really short tempered with him about a week to go. i knew i had mood swings but had never attributed it to my periods.being aware has definelty given me more control.i go jogging when i feel like screaming!
and don't be fooled it doesn't get better with child birth.it gets worse with age! it is period pains that gets better after childbirth(if you're lucky!)

Health / Re: MouthAction- Health Implications And Precautions by doubletree(f): 9:06pm On Sep 03, 2006
a female can get aids from giving MouthAction (rare mode of transmission) it happens if her partners infected semen comes in contact with her blood eg from a cut in her mouth.the virus is not known to survive in saliva for long due to the ph so it has to come in contact her blood to infect her. u can definetly get gonorrhea or herpes from MouthAction.

BTW revverend, showering b/4 and after sort of makes the whole thing quite technical doesn't it?unless of course the action starts of in the shower.hmm,

take the pill.if you are in the states see your dr.there are different types of pills, combined ,minipill, low dose oestrogen etc.your medical and family history will help the dr choose the best for you.there are side effects to the pill but usually reversible.and it does not cause infertility.
