lol. . . True! Infact he hasn't done anything for his home country kenya in light of the recent drama they've had over there. What makes us think the rest of the african nations are even on his radar?
Perhaps if he wins and becomes prez he might have more sympathetic/generous policies towards african countries. . .but to say he will just because he's black is being very naive.
What I don't understand is the generosity they expect from him being President.

I will gain some satisfaction from a black President thesame way I would the success of the Super Eagles.

but thesame way I don't expect Kanu to distribute his takings I don't expect anything from a Black President afterwards.

I agree he is prolly one of the strongest sportsmen out there mentally. . . .

Can only remember him messing about with closing a championship while having the lead on the final day.

I think at the Masters tussling with Chris DiMarco.

Ohhhh. . . .he still won on the playoff holes by the way

The way the commentator at the weekend put it was, although he is not the best in any particular aspect,in all aspects,he is very strong. Most importantly,he is very consistent. He has incredible mental strength.

Sometimes you see some golfers make a couple of eagle putts on one day,the next day they are producing triple bogeys. I don't think Tiger shot the lowest round on any particular day during the weekend but he was consistent enough to produce a winning performance especially when it mattered most.
But surely we cannot elect our 'greatest sportsman or athlete' on the basis of consistency. Well I guess winning consistently might qualify.

Anywayyyyyyy. . . . .

That was what I was referring to.Churchill's speeches had substance and he often didn't mind whose ox was gored.

Obama's best quotes come from speeches or soundbites written for him. Churchill was naturally gifted with wit.
Like I said I can't quite put a finger on it. . .it is more on the delivery of the speech i suppose

Obviously contexts are contexts apart. . . . cheesy

Talking of Churchill. . . .he was witty alright. My fave to Lady Astor

"Sir, you're drunk!"

"Yes, Madam, I am. But in the morning, I will be sober and you will still be ugly."

they weren't made on one compassion, u need to check out the pastors interview on hannity&colmes. the statements stretch 10years. obama must have been dozing off or romancing with michelle obama while in church.
Well he did admit he has heard on many occasions things he disagreed with his pastor

But hearing his speech. . . . .He reminds me so much of Churchill for some reason. Can't quite put my finger on why
Sports › Re: Tiger Woods Greatest Athlete Of All Time by doyin13(m): 5:45pm On Mar 18, 2008
All of them look like they haven't seen the insides of a gym in ages especially Phil Mickelson. Have you seen Angel Cabrera?

They hardly qualify as athletes.

Tiger Woods is great for sure, but he has an overwhelming advantage on the strength front.

Although admittedly they are some on tour who can drive farther down the fairway than he can

Sportsman- - - -maybe. a big maybe too

Athlete- - - - - - hell no. Are you kidding me

I bet you lot never heard of Bo Jackson. . .or don't forget Lawrence Taylor.

And his short game is pretty crap anyway. . . .He has excelled in this sport largely because his competition are a couple of lazy
middle aged toffs. So he can drive the ball farther than any one. Well almost everyone.

I really hope this thing works. . . . Ever so often I get hint of the dreadful transit situation in Lagos.

But I heard there were about only a few hundred buses. . . . .Doesn't sound nearly enough.

They should be starting with at least a thousand. . . . .and thats just for starters
