I wonder where the "eloquent explanation" was when he was telling a client he benefits from to "enter the wall".

But here is the crux of the matter: you have a product you don't need cos you can't afford the cost of the product. Seller has given you option to refund it. Why not refund it and let the matter be put to rest? Why keep what you don't need and waste time bargaining demanding to pay a price seller has clearly stated he won't accept.

This thing no be rocket science, why people just like unnecessary drama?

that's how simple it should be, if the seller didn't want a refund then maybe his option of negotiating for a lower rate may hold water.

Hello all,Thanks for those that have seen this report about me and have taken time to call or send whatsapp mesages to hear my part of the story, also thanks to those that have concluded and crucify me even b4 hearing my part of the story, and to those who are here folowing this report about elot. Main story..............
1. Elot has been buying dollars from Tooltip over the time and i have been using this dollars to buy bitcoin on daily bases, i buy dollars also from other NLders and including Shinaf etc and i pay after i get the dollars.
2. Tool tip did not inform me b4 sending the first $4,000 to my account on Tuesday for us to agree on maybe a new rate as bitcoin price is falling, but because he has sent it, i told him i dont have money to pay him that day that i will be paying him on thursday, he grumbled but has no choice.
3. By this time, i was not buying dollar anymore because MMM crashed on that tuesday and many of my customers are also selling bitcoin back to me, that made me to have over $78,000 bitcoin and was looking for how to pay all customers that are selling back to me, meanwhile i have over 110,000 customers, imagine the number of sellers that i will be having, that remain the reason why i have never posted that i want to sell Bitcoin on NL, i have too many customers that i have built over the years (2004-2016) not a joke.
4. Meanwhile, by Wednesday when i have over $100,000 bitcoin in my account,Tooltip called me to ask for the money for his $4,000 and i told him i still dont have that he should still be patient with me that i still dont have the money, only for me to wake up on thursday morning again for tooltip to drop a deposit slip on my whatsapp that he has dropped another $5,400 in my account and i told him, well since i was not informed and i have not paid u for the previous, there is nothing i can do, u have to queue for the payment but this time not at that previous rate because, we all know what the price of bitcoin was last week and now , i am selling @ 4805.
meanwhile, he will be sending me series of messages in every 1 hour for me to pay, telling me i am pushing him to the wall, that's why i said he should enter the wall.
5.He asked me to either return the $$$ or i send im Bitcoin, which is not reasonable, my account is a limited account, because of fraud, moreso, here in America, if cash deposit was made in ur account and u withdraw same from ur account, it make it look like Money lundry and such account is prone to verification, meanwhile, bitcoin is not what i told the bank that i am sellling because of TAX, only international pple will understand this
6. I have not cooked all these stories but they are genuine as they are, if u noticed, i have not come here to advertise to buy Anything since i have been here, i only come here to buy any amount that anyone here has for sale, i have my customers, not a brag, but its God, pls try to reason along with me.
7. My decisions on Tooltip and reasons are as follow;
a. i did not tell him to send the first $4,000 even when the price is fallen, i still paid today
b. the second $5,400 was deposited in my account because no one is ready and willing to buy at that old rate as price is falling
c. i did not still say am not paying him but paying him next week and @420
d. I am not a scam, and did not plan to scam him, but will pay him next week @ 420, thats all

You may have a point about fixing the rate at which you'll exchange the dollars because there was no prior agreement before he deposited the amount and you were not informed prior to deposition but that shouldn't resort to "armed robber" and "enter the wall", and I still don't get why you can't withdraw the money and return to him, at least you should be able to do it in bits or there should be a walk around.

I had a brief dealing with this justi4jesu lady. I wanted to buy bitcoins for th first time and naturally I approached her because of the hype..

I needed about $18,000 worth which she didn't have and I proceeded to ask her (off topic) how the $535 rate was calculated.

This lady just snapped at me in a very sarcastic way. (she called me "Oga" before dropping her witty unhelpful reply)

That was it. I just deleted the number. I wouldn't let someone who's beneath me drag me to a cat fight.

2sexynet take note. You learn to learn go a lot of things. Especially on a faceless forum where mediocrity reigns supreme.

Lol @ "Oga", a client once contacted me and used that word at first contact. I had to school him/her for some minutes. Most ppl use it to make the conversation a bit informal but I only accept it from close acquaintance.

this issue is simple, elot should return the dollars immediately if he can't pay for it as at when tooltip requested and I'll advise tooltip to go after him with whatever means he can, why? Because of elot's attitude to the issue from his responses, it's disgusting!

I understand but it's best to always keep emotions under check, I seem to have a short fuse too but No matter the situation I try to stay away from physical assault and also "direct" name calling, I'm not in anyway in support of how justi4jesu has handled the issue.
I run side businesses too and I believe the customer is one of the factors that keep it alive but nevertheless I don't take crap and won't give crap too. When there are issues, we should both reach a compromise without hiding any detail.
Against the ethics, sometimes I have to provide sensitive info to clients just to show there's nothing to hide.

So you couldn't walk straight to your bank to complain for over 3 days ?
Social media can't solve everything for you, you haven't even exhausted half of the possible means of getting a solution.

it has been effective in the area I know, they almost plead for stipends now, unlike before when they'll harass and vandalize.

Price correction?. Isn't the bitcoin annoyingly overpriced in Nigeria. whichever direction it swings there will always be arbitrage opportunities for the discerning.

People seem to be ignorant of the fact that the rise in the price of bitcoin in Nigeria is affected by it's usage for the ponzi scheme and due to what's currently happening, many people's interest in the global scheme would wane...

So earlier this evening, a nairalander @Shyboss messaged me that he wants to buy bitcoin from another Nairalander, and they both don't want to send first. I said okay na, make I extend my free escrow service give two of una. So I asked that they create a WhatsApp group and add me.

MrCraig was supposed to sell $400 btc to Shyboss (hereinafter referred to as scammer)

So I received the $400 btc and then told the scammer to please proceed to send the naira. He then sent us a screenshot of the transfer from his supposed FCMB account, 208,000. We waited and waited for the alert to no avail.

What could be happening with FCMB? We thought... Could it be their network? These Nigerian banks and their incompetence.

The scammer now called me with this number +12052866173 explaining how he has called FCMB and they said the transfer was successful, I was like okay na, no wahala, let's wait for the alert. I don't know the discussion he now had with MrCraig, (some bullshit story of him running out of time blah blah blah). He then send I can send the bitcoin to the scammer.

I quickly rushed to the scammer's profile on NL, 8 posts since December 2016... Na there I begin suspect the guy. Why the rush... Even if you want to use the bitcoin for MM M, at least it's 48 hours they give us to PH na. This one you come dey rush us for inside group.

At the end of the day, the scammer quickly exited the group when I asked for his account number claiming to have run out of time for his deal blah blah blah. Shey at least you will drop your account number for them to refund you when the money you sent enters na.

Anyway sha, the scammer was caught and the bitcoin is safe.

Mine too have been successful in the past. But since Friday evening, I'm yet to see a successful paypal transaction with access bank. Contacted PayPal and they said the bank is blocking the funds. The bank is not approving paypal to complete the transaction.

The big deal is that those who do such are hypocrites, they'll cry and they blue murder when the banks sell at even N10 above CBN interbank rates but now that rates are lower they buy from banks at such low rates and still rip off people.
