Now, from that guys right up, ncc is the body that gives the final say whether a line is registered or not..It might get worst as they are now battling the fine issue in court...So even if your line is fully registered, it is left for ncc to reject it still or accept it...Nigerians are no exception....Several people didn't even register their lines the first time as many bought an already registered sim...My nneighbor is a perfect example....Tell him to register and see how he is complaining.....Nigerians are very difficult people to manage, hence I blame all parties involved...
