what makes you feel northern universities are not good? considering n.u.c has rated udu sokoto,unijos,buk,unimaid,bsu high.or are you trying to say the mushroom universities in the west(excluding u.i,oau,unilag) are better?

the way of life of northerners and westerners tends to support the notion that they are more in population than the easterners, first of all islam which is practised in the north and the west allows them to marry up to four wives and as such more children.

if you must serve in a northen state try benue. atleast there you wont worry about sharia (you probably wont even see hausas). its not as developed as jos or kaduna but its more fun. lots to drink and lots of girls to party

you have never been to makurdi, i happen to be from benue and i can tell you that the people do not speak and do not understand hausa (the only ones that understand are the ones that grew up or schooled in hausa land or jos)

those US experts should concentrate on osama

makurdi is in benue and it is 99.9% christian
it is dominated by the tivs
the idomas follow in population
it is the only state in the north that does not speak hausa(they speak tiv and idoma)
