If you had said you preferred Messi, while acknowledging Ronaldo's capabilities, there wouldn't have been a problem.
But most of you want to show how much you love Messi. And you think a good way of doing that is by insulting or trying to pull down the only person better than him. No matter how good he gets or what he does, you'll never want to say he's the best. So he had to realize it for himself.

Messi is football, yet he couldn't do anything against Juventus for 180+mins while Cristiano scored two in just the first half.
Don't bother trying to defend him there. You can't.

Anyway, it's obvious Messi has achieved some demigod status to you. So no point trying to tell you anything more.
Cristiano and Messi are the best two ever. All the others are below them.

Messi once said he would exchange his 5 balon d'or's for a single world cup. He cares more about the team winning than personal glory and yet he still best at almost everything(dribbling, scoring, passing, creating chances). Ronaldo gets angry when his teamates score and he doesn't. what kind of narcissistic person is that?

Why do you feel the need to spread lies and hate against Ronaldo? He's a fellow human for God's sake. He has not done any wrong to you. Even if you want to support Messi, must you lie against Ronaldo to do it?

Even Ronaldo once said that his Euro trophy means more to him than all the UCL's and individual trophies. Ronaldo is just another human trying to do his best for his club and country. If you prefer Messi, it's fine. But it doesn't make sense to hear rumuour and start spreading it all over. He never gets angry when his teammate scores and he doesn't.
I know you're not happy that he is the best in the world, but deriving joy from lying against him is not sensible.

Nigerians like free things in general. It's like they think Nigeria has all the money in the world.
In some other countries, parents save millions over years in preparation to send their children to good universities. While here in Nigeria, they are looking for how to pay 20k a year for education. Yet, they expect education here and abroad to be the same.

How can you even say public universities are profit oriented? I pay 20k as tuition fee in my school from 100-finals, how is that profit compared to almost to 1m these private universities pay?

Who said there are no corrupt VCs in private universities that approve questionable exorbitant fees?

If the government should increase that 20k to 70k and use it to develop your university, you'll be surprised how much better your university will become (Assuming no one steals the money).
In a bid to subsidize education in Nigeria, the government has succeeded in making the universities underfunded. And that's the cause of all this ASUU wahala. Lack of sufficient funds.

As for that your line up there, make a comprehensive research in the running costs for just electricity (24/7) in a standard university, and compare it to the total fees paid by those students in the "profit oriented" private universities.
You might be surprised how much they spend. Not to talk of paying workers salaries, expansion and maintenance.

They would be true idiots if they would decide to reduce the standard of their universities to nearly nothing, just to satisfy their "church members". They give scholarships to their members and that's enough. At least it will enable serious students to receive quality education.

If they got all the proceeds of their oil, you wouldn't be able to compare Lagos to any of the oil producing States.

I think a monopoly on certain sectors by him wouldn't be so bad. I mean, some of these things are simple things the government could have just closed their eyes and built.
But instead, they decided to let us wallow in the repercussions of their poor reasoning.

Now this same Dangote is rumored to have began preparations for a standard private university with focus on science and technology. Tertiary education sector is not known to be an avenue for making profit. This guy is using his money to make things better.
Honestly, I see no reason why he shouldn't have control on some of Nigeria's resources.
