Nice take but I am not talking about the food they ate, I doubt if they suffered from food scarcity even during the winter. I am talking about how they survived the extreme low temperatures with no clothings.

I don't understand why organizations arrive at policies without using their brain. My mum wanted to do transfer from 1st bank to another bank. She said they won't give her audience because of the sum she's transferring. I asked her for the sum, she said 82k, I told her I will show them vawulence at counter.

Getting there, the teller she approached said, ma, you can use your phone to transfer it. I screamed at him and every teller there.

Expecting 80 year old woman to be doing her bank transfers online is wickedness. Is it every youth that has a smartphone? Is it everyone that has data? How can you tell me that you attend to customers transferring 200k and above?

They brought out transfer form. Yes, the problem was not caused by those tellers. The useless bank came up with stupid and unfriendly policies.

If you come from a poor background, I think there are some courses you better not study in Nigeria even on a full scholarship. If you are not able to get a professional/lucrative course, you'd be better off acquiring lucrative skills or learning trades, then enroll for a degree after finding your feet if you are still interested in one.

Bro, those drugs sometimes passes borders legally because those are the top and many of those border agents knew, and one of the reason many customs officials are killed.
Same agents will not record it and then come back few weeks later or years later if the drugs lords or the border agents have new Boss, that refused to cooperate or DEA or for example just like Nigeria anti-drug officials.
Drugs business is a massive business worth Trillions of Dollars meaning there is money there to kill, rape and buy anyone over

You have no idea how sophisticated some drug traffickers are, they go to great lengths in concealing their consignment among legit goods, that only a "whistle blower" would blow their cover.

The illicit drug market is worth hundreds of billion dollars, tonnes of kilos still make it through the borders of the almighty US regularly even with a strong agency like the DEA. So yes, they most likely were not detected.
