Please concerning my name arrangement which is different from JAMB and in school. I have to travel to ABUJA JAMB OFFICE on Monday to correct the arrangement because my school has refused to shift ground. Please any idea on when the uploading portal would close? Please.... Can I still make this batch? Please.. When would schools stop uploading

Going to NYSC HQ to correct the mistake might cost you this batch(I pray not)
Your school ought not to behave that way at all,it's just unfriendly.
I will advise you to make calls,plead if you can,that's the best I can say.
ACE error list was pasted at OAU,my DSA had to travelled to OAU to get the copies then started calling those affected,if you can't travel down to Ondo,the man in charge will ask you to send your details through SMS as he said he won't advise any students to go to the jamb HQ to effect correction as it will be too late.

I will advice you to make some calls as waiting till monday might be too late(am not God though,but my school DSA told me monday is too late to effect any correction as re-uploading will take place this afternoon for all and most importantly for those on the error list,but names will be on portal by monday or tuesday).

What kind of error self?

Mine was error in name,as my jamb name read : Haqlu Bastoz with no middle name while my school name read : Haklu Bastoz Abdullahi
I had to settle for the "Haqlu Bastoz" as the jamb name is what is used in uploading of names.
Will swear an affidavit in court to tally with the 3names on my result.

Wasn't pasted at ACE but OAU,imagine,how can a person in ondo know about such info,if not for God and the timely intervention by the DSA,i for jonze big time as i was in benin when i received the news,had to do a 4a.m drive from Benin to ondo.
The list is now with the DSA,and believe me they called more than half of those affected to effect the change.
With the look of things,i can say YES.

I called a staff involved in the uploading at DSA today he said they are working so tirelessly on the error list so that they will be able to correct it and send it down on monday.
so nw we have 17th or 18th to see our names on Nysc portal..so no worry Na d error lists dey delay us jare..

Yes,your source was right,my name was on the error list,my school came down to OAU to sort it out for the affected students, after all the brouhaha sha,he said they will re-upload tomorrow afternoon and by Monday or Tuesday, we should check our names on the portal.
Lemme go prepare for my court affidavit.

Though my school(Adeyemi College Of Education) already sent some representatives to OAU,was told they will put a call across to those affected when they return.

Read about it,also heard that all will be mobilize with reference to the VCs meeting with the DG.
NYSC twitter account also said something related to it.
Nevertheless, I have learnt not to bank on our leaders words/promises.
I remain positive that I will be mobilized.

No,you can't, your name must be uploaded into the NYSC portal before you can start the registration process.

Good news from division of student affairs Obafemi Awolowo University. I went there this morning to confirm the latest development and I was told everybody's names will be uploaded on nysc portal. That there's no slashing again.

I hope they won't APC their plan.
