Ok so I'm assuming the letter ofg apology should go as thus

"To Whichever Country This May Concern,

The United kIngdom would like to apologize to the citizens of Nigeria for joining the North and South pectrorates. We would also like to ask for forgiveness for giving power to the Hausas after granting you independence. Accept our sympathies for the Civil War this caused along the line. Please dont stop providing us wth resoucrces nor stop kissing our asses when we visit your country

Thank you for your time

What a smart country, wherever that is

4 Play:
We are forgetting something, there are practical problems to retaining Nigeria as a colony.Nigeria isn't one of those small island colonies. Our population outnumbers that of the UK so how would they have handled it?If they gave us full citizenship,it will mean that most Brits will be Nigerians shocked If they don't,it will be illegal under international law. From a practical standpoint, they couldn't have retained us for long.
I see what you mean and obviously they couldnt retain us for long but what do you think would have happened if they stayed like 5-10 more years

More positive impact or would it have taken the turn for horrible?

For people in my dad's age bracket to wish that the Brits stayed a few more years, you better believe they enjoyed it. My grandpaents used to also tell me stories of how great things were. One of my dad's fav stories is about a store named King'sWay but how it was demolished once the Brits left and alos how when he came here the strength of the naira rivalled the dollar, etc

Ibime:
Yes - and they enjoy the zero taxation now - so that they can die on potholed roads and not get free treatment at the hospital, dying from yeye diseases that can easily be treated whereas Teaching Hospitals used to treat them for free back then. I am sure they also enjoy paying zero tax so that underpaid Policemen can harass them everyday. You don come O! grin

Read somewhere that the school is 55% black
I thought the thought of admitting black students in was actually what caused the video??  huh
I agree but they would not have been killed if they said no. And it's not even one person. 5 elderly workers. The workers sef I tire.
Cant be too sure.  I first thought they (the students) were armed. Maybe they figured if they didnt listen to them, rthey could lose their jobs. It's a sad situation either way  undecided

Kobo, you're being obnoxious now

They did NOT know the stew was urinated on

Did you even watch the video?

It's not even stew sef, it's DOG FOOD although they mixed it well enough for it to look like stew. Inn the video you see them go off someplace private where you see one of the dudes peeing into the mixture and then separating it out for them to eat

The workers didnt do it as "fear factor", that was the excuse the students made when they were confronted.

Btw a janitor isnt above a student eps in that kind of environment. Seeing that it's an all white school, those workers arent above anything;
I know sad

The strange thing is that these whites were "students" and the blacks were "workers". I mean, a worker is superior and should have an upper hand(have the boldness to say no). I don't get it really.
if only they were even students, 3 of them already graduated so I dont even know why they care that the school is thinking of integration.
Politics › Re: White Students Trick Black S.africans To Eat Stew With Urine(a Must Read) by Dreloaded(f): 10:46pm On Feb 29, 2008
Like I've said many times before SA is a disgrace as an African country. I dont care how "civlized" they claim to be or their so called boastful economy.

Anyway The reason why the workers accepted the food I found out is cos the white pricks claimed them acting out "Fear Factor", anyone who has seen the show would understand

However Kobo it is racist because the video was made for racist propoganda. They did it to priove they were against integration of their school so yes it's racism.

The funny thing is 2 have apologized. Why? In the vdeo they said it was to prove what they thought of integration so why cant they stand by their views? Bloody cowards and they're also claiming that the food wasnt urinated on and that they used a "camera" trick, if it was just orduinary stew why did the victims get sick from it

Pathetic bastards should be jail.

the aborgines were actually ran off their land for the most part

Nigerians around that time actually got to enjoy the British ruling

If the native americans havent been apologized to despite being treated like crap, what makes you think Nigeria is anywhere on the list
