Youre no different from those who have been called. We all wait till payday, call or no calls u could be paid. Pray for God's grace rather dan survival funds agent's call.
gold4god:
Please, what is the expectation of us that have not been called.

In as much as there is sense in what you are saying but there is a general condition that must be met after your status has been verified for payment to be made. The employer must be be called, even if no memeber of the staff was called, they are good to go.please i stand to be corrected.Show me anyone that recieves without call being made to the owner of the business.after all status shows verified, thenn the owner of business must be called.Do your research and prove me wrong.Thats the area that people might be worried not memebers of the staff.
My brother didn't receive any call as an employer, yet his staffs were paid.
As someone as said, just pray for grace, calls or no calls u could be paid

Your progress bar will be full once your bvn and account are verified. Except if if the one you applied is that of NAFDAC that people are finding difficult to add their products
The account states Verified but d bvn states Captured

Yes sir, some are very big while others are medium sized. I did so because of market requirement
okoroemeka:
in this rainy season 4 days is sufficient xx but I noticed your fruits are not big,did you harvest it small to suit your market because I know that variety but can get as big twice the size of the one shown
AgricultureRe: 500,000 Naira From One Plot Of Land In 90 Days. by dreymania: 7:31pm On Jun 24, 2020

I pray God blesses you with great success in this project. It's not easy to suffer like that with nothing to show for!
If you plan to use fertilizer(I believe this is important if you did not apply sufficient manure), you should apply the second phase already and another application two weeks from now. Are you not staking? Pls you should have all staking materials already in place o, if that crop gets bigger than that it may be difficult to stake. Are you using only saaf fungicide for downy mildew control?
Amen. I was unable to get saaf. Only zforce was available. I'm already working on getting stakes, have preparing the stakes yesterday but I guess what I have on ground might not be enough. I'd source for more tho.
Thanks for the advice

A first timers hustle still going on
Have stumbled on so many challenges from Lack of manure before planting to lack of water and poor irrigation system (which has been partially solved, it has even been raining here) to a suspected DM attack. Thanks to Oga okoroemeka, I was able to detect this quickly and things seems to fine.
Today marks day 22, this result might not be compared to that of experts but I have learnt a lot.
I noticed the leaves are very broad(than some peoples farm have seen) I don't know the reason for this. But I think everything is under check and balance

Please where can I get saaf in Lagos

Clearer pictures of some other ones.
They're like this on some part of the farm. Have not applied any form of fertilizer. I only applied manure yesterday and I didn't apply to this part of the farm so Its not burning effect from the manure. Please help me

I'd like to credit this progress in my quest of growing cucumbers to Mr. Okoroemeka although I stumbled across this thread very late after making series of mistakes. I read the thread from the beginning to this point and the information dropped has been very helpful.
Have been doing everything possible to rewrite the wrong and its been going smoothly so far.
Cukes are 9days today, it's my first time trying this and it's been fun(especially watering 2plots with hand)

I would follow keenly as I'd love to know the result. Sir m waiting for an advise for a better irrigation method
I attached a pics of my land

This is what the land preparation looks like Having realized my bad of not making a basal application of manure before planting can I still apply the manure tomorrow. I planted on Monday so tomorrow the plants should be a week old all things being equal.
I asked the guy that got me the seed for the variety, what he just said was that that's d same one he got and he had about 5 to 7 big sized fruit per stand.
Thanks for your usual prompt response.

AgricultureRe: 500,000 Naira From One Plot Of Land In 90 Days. by dreymania: 8:05am On May 17, 2020
The first image attached is the seed and that's the container it came in.
The second pics is the poultry waste I have gotten(i guess it would have been dried by now)
what's the best way to apply this manure to prevent wastage and make it safe for my plant.
Thanks for your usual response everyone.
Mr OkoroEmeka respect to you for this knowledge you've poured out freely.
I bet E-book sellers that don't even know wat a cucumber seed looks like don't have half of d information u dropped here.

AgricultureRe: 500,000 Naira From One Plot Of Land In 90 Days. by dreymania: 7:49am On May 17, 2020
okoroemeka:
first of all nobody is going to insult you or use negative criticism, but you did some elementary mistakes like not planning for irrigation, evend if its well get a water pump, you planted unknown variety, as I can see no evidence of manure application before planting,if your soil is a heavy soil it can retain water for 3 days or more, that yellow you are seeing is just the cotlyedon it will change to green the next day or two
thanks very much for your response sir.i didn't apply manure for two reasons, the first is that the land has not been used for planting for over two years and second I didn't know about soaking manure in water for few days would be safe to apply. I got the wet litter from a poultry and I spread it at a portion in the farm for it to decompose.
For the irrigation there's a source of water close(a well) I might just have to employ the manual way of watering. I would post pictures when I can for clarity.
The seeds I got are white in color
Sir if I decide to water with hose how can I do that because I didn't plant my seeds in holes.

Here's a pict

This is a picture of my growing cucumber.
I however noticed some had yellow colouration at the tip. What could this imply.
Please note that this is more like a trial and error for me and all advice would be appreciated.

U just came across this thread two days ago and I think I found it at a very important period. Have been following silently and I love what all the bosses are doing here. I'm a newbie in cucumber farming. Someone told me to try cucumber. He got me some seed(I dunno the variety as it didn't come with a label). I planted on Monday n about 2plots nd I noticed some started germinating on Wednesday. The problem I'm having now is that I didn't make plans for irrigation. It rained on Monday night after planting, after then there's been no rain so I had to do it the hard way (watering with hand ) on Thursday. I knw I'd be in for a though one as I didn't make any plans for irrigation.
Would it be reasonable to leave my growing seedling for 3days before wetting again if it doesn't rain.
I'd accept all criticism and insult with good fate
