I would advice that she sees a doctor in order to find the underlying cause and appropriate treatment,

there are a myriad of reasons why ur baby may not be pooing well,

but considering that he is still a baby, it wouldnt be safe to just tell u any drug, its best , u see a doc for proper exam if it persist,

Well, i believe in any relationship, there should be an understanding between them, Its not everything that couples do in the bedroom or bathroom ,be it washing underwears or any other fantasies that should discussed with others or made fun about in public

A Lady and her husband came  recently in my office.She had Ten children and was pregnant AGAIN

Well, after much inquiry i found out that neither the woman nor her husband were using any family planning methods.
The lady gave reasons to the effect that she doesnt like pills or injections and her husband vehemently refuses to use a condom saying it reduces the sexual excitement.

I suggested that either of them should volunteer for a permanent contraception after this pregnancy as the Football team was complete .

i.e Woman-  A total Hysterectomy ( removal of the whole womb )
      Man-      A vasectomy ( Cutting of the tube that connects the sperm producing organ to the penis)


Well, they both looked at each other as if to say "You be the one to do it". They said they would decide later and get back to me.

Well, appendicitis depending on the severity and duration of symptoms could be sub-acute or acute.

Now for sub-acute type, the pain usually is mild for such a patient, we could give strong antibiotics and anti-inflammatory agents to stop the inflammation. in some patients, it could actually subside.

But if it is acute, the pains being severe or if antibiotics have been tried in the past without relief, the only remedy then is surgery.

Actually, she came back to me but this time she was not alone. somehow, her auntie found out about the pregnancy and to my amazement she was not raped at all. She was having sexual relations with a 28 year old Okada rider who is now in Police custody.

Now some of your reactions to " ABORTION" the truth is that in Nigeria for now it has not been legalized. This poses a challenge as it has led to quacks performing it with a resultant high mortality.
