PoliticsRe: #ENDSARS: Leave Peter Obi Out Of Ezu River Corpses, SARS Murdered Them— MASSOB by drills: 12:26pm On Oct 19, 2020
We want a better Nigeria, yet we want to support thieves that are from our region. An individual would collect over 10% of the recovered internally generated revenue of a state, toll an existing road, distribute public funds from bullion vans, yet so ethnocentric jongoist will want us to defend him. Enough is enough, we say no to the continuous looting of our assets

Quote author=Kyase post=95079119]Yorubas come and learn from Igbo.

Just because you want to be liked, you will start attacking your own.

Student visa?
Yes, Student tier 4 visa, with dependants. Do I need to fill an accommodation, as I do not want to book or pay for one until I get the visa confirmation

Thank you @bullbeatmkt, we do appreciate your originality and your technical views on the NSE. Kindly keep up the good work

@Northeastern, thank you for your comments. they are all great & indeed appreciate them! You said a lot, but let me quickly point out some of your erroneous assumptions:

- The list of stocks I presented above are the valued stock much more rated by the international investors. Any others, are less
- I intend to keep my videos short and focus oriented on TA & have no time talking about stock value, its sectors etc as you suggest.
- Yes, I am a money manager! And because of the climate I live, it is obligatory to make such disclosure
- I requested people to check only the video on sentiment to check current market breadth as I do not have the time to go through that in subsequent videos where I will be analyzing stocks. Market breadth provides the right time to enter the market.
- You will pardon my use of "uhhhh". I am just an amateur & I planned to remain so as that is not what put food on my table.
- Do I need followers on my YT channel? Uhhhh, yes I do, but I am not keen about it.

In summary, the videos are for information & education & just to help someone out there to make educative decision before investing his/her hard-earned money in the stock market.

Thank you once again for your comments.

I may be wrong, but I can not ignore this amount of cash that UACN is sitting on.
N6.75 cash per share, Q1 2020 report for a N7 per share stock.

Another Dangote Flour in the making.
I will only be worried if Blakeney' sales is not a cross trade. From the 3Q result you may just have another minority shareholders with 5% holding

Godlylifeoneart:
Many people are hoping that the unbundling process of UACN from the loss making Property divisions will turn around the misfortune of this once a profit making company.
In equity investment, the winner of yesterday and today might not be a winner tomorrow.
Many investors has been trapped in the unrealistic expectations that UACN will reach the sky high price of the past based on speculations.
For the record, this company has PE ratio of negative. _2.16
A negative P/E ratio means the company has negative earnings or is losing money. ... Investors buying stock in a company with a negative P/E should be aware that they are buying shares of an unprofitable company and be mindful of the associated risks.
There is no change in management, same people that grounded UACN are still in charge.
It was not because of bad Nigeria economy that made UACN earns a negative PE value, coz most of their products are highly essential and household in nature . If there is any company in the world that should thrive in a depressed Nigeria economy, it should be UACN.

This is no longer the UACN handed over to Oloye Ernest Adegunle Oladeinde Shonekan by the British.
For the record, UACN was once the largest conglomerate in sub Sahara Africa.

The unbundling might not change the misfortune.
UACN has done several unbundling in the last 3 decades.
The listed, unlisted, delisted, equity stake, and joint venture entities are numerous.
Livestock
CAP
UPDCREIT
UAC-P
PORTLAND Paint
MR Biggs
UAC foods
UAC restaurants
MDS LOGISTICS
GRAND CEREALS LTD
Gm nig
UAC diaries
General cotton meals
Unico cpfa
Spring waters
Famous brands
Warm spring water Nigeria

Despite the aggressive diversification, UACN has not brought profits nor a smile at investors in the last 10 years. The crises started in 1998 and investors have been very optimistic that things will turn around, rather it gets worse everyday.
The initial expectation was that by year 2000, the stage by stage management approach would have yielded profits but it never.
It will be a big decision to invest or not in a company based on old glory(past performance) and speculation of positive expectations from unbundling.
I do not see a worthy risk investing in UACN.
The company might turn a winner tomorrow if only the canker worms, the moth and caterpillars eating investors profit are taken out.
There is no crime if dz company is trading at N1000+/unit. However the reverse is the case.
I will not be surprised if there is further dumping in the coming days. Watch out.
The dumpers are the insiders, the caterpillars that brought one of the most diversified companies in Nigeria and sub Sahara Africa to a negative PE value.

NB.... This is my view.
I inherited 100,000+ units of UACN.
It may be a good one to study the companies financial statement, that will give you a clear direction on what the company is doing and where they are going.

You should be worried if they are dumping shares into the market. Cross trades between investors at the market price shouldnt be cause for alarm
