According to the constitution of the federal republic of Nigeria, we have no president elect.
The matters in court and until the court decides otherwise, swearing in tinubu will be swearing in an unconstitutional president. And doing so is opening up the country to all forms of lawlessness as any group or person can rise and declare himself or group president.

If you come to Anambra and see how huge their schools are, you will understand what we are talking about and why they consistently do well in external exams.

I am not from the state but they are way above most state educational wise. This is possible because Obi funded them massively as a governor

you don't know what you are saying. INEC said that they snap the results after counting at the polling unit and send it to the central server so that every one can view it.
In the south west except Osun state most of the original results were burnt while the fake results were uploaded.

if you open your mouth to say that results were uploaded in all polling units then I give up. No matter how wicked you are you cannot tell us that results were uploaded at the polling units.
Don't forget that I voted also and I was told that there is no network at the polling units until they go to collation center. I can swear to God that even your polling unit didn't upload results at the polling units.

In a presentation released by JAMB after the policy meeting, the full result statistics and registration statistics for the 2023 UTME was released including the results of the top 10 highest candidates in JAMB 2023.

The candidate with the highest score of 365, was identified as Maduafokwa Egoagwuagwu Agnes, from Anambra State.

Another candidate from Anambra State, Nwobi Okwuchukwu David, also scored 363, becoming the second highest score for 2023 TME.

They were followed by a candidate from Edo State with 359 while two candidates from Ekiti made the list on the fourth and fifth positions, scoring 358 and 356 respectively.

Another two candidates from Delta also scored 359 and 352 respectively.

You can see Peter Obi's investment in education paying off big time. Anambra HDI is high

The real reason why the results was not uploaded at the polling units is because they don't want the original results, they want their already written results to be uploaded.

I can't remember hearing him mention someone name, and also you should know that all Nigerians politicians are election ruggers not necessarily the winner. We all know what happened in Rivers state, we also saw the arrest of Ado Doguwa from Kano state. In Nasarawa state we saw everything as it is while the rigging in Ogun state has no comparison. So is he lieing if he call Nigerian politicians "election riggers"?
Secondly, about stopping the swearing in until court case is done and dusted. That is the best thing to do. Kenya finished their court case before swearing in, USA finished their court case before swearing in,
We cannot continue doing the same thing and expect different results. If we must get justice then some things must change.
You cannot get justice when the accused is the commander in chief.
When the accused is sworn he will have access to billions or trillions of naira to bribe the already corrupt system.
When an accused is sworn in he will be in charge of all the security apparatus,he will have immunity that he can use to frustrate the case.
It is only a fool that will expect the CJN to sack a president with so much power and corrupt system like Nigeria.
