Some parents are paying heavily to the schools but the proprietors are greedy. They pay peanuts to the teachers. Every private school must have school governors comprising of parents and teachers and proprietor. The governors should determine how much a teacher earns. Otherwise the poor pay of teachers will never stop and poor results will continue despite the investment by parents on their kids education. Parents must also monitor their children’s progress in school and not just dump money and leave everything to the school alone.
