VampireeM: hmmm! This one is strong! Jesus! This is why one must ask the holy spirit for divine direction before venturing into marriage with anybody. Its also good to make enquiries too esp from old acquintainces of your to be partner to ascertain what type of person they are. This is also for those Men who feel churches are the best place to search for a wife.
OP sincerely Divorcing this woman wont solve your problems @ Cause it seems the woman is diabolic and the type that can commit any atrocity without second thoughts. Its time for you to leave the house for her(temporal seperation) and also seriously seek the face of God in prayers! He is your only hope now... Damn! Some women are evil! What are you talking about? His life is more precious besides you forget that seeking the face of God is what we as chirtians should also aim at. Now my question for you is Who is the God one sees but God in ur neighbours. His wife is evil and walking out of that marriage is the best for his peace of mind. Believe me God will understand. Guy walk out b4 she kills you, dey no dey do am hard man here. Life has no duplicate. That lady could bring armed robber and assassins to ur house to rob and kill you. |

Politics › Re: HOW AGRO-INDUSTRILIZATION CAN BE THE "NEW CRUDE OIL" IN NIGERIA by drnoel: 10:06am On Dec 25, 2015 |
obasiken: I was part of a team that introduced some foriegn investors to a governor in the south east. They wanted to start a palm plantation and refine the palm oil to meet europe standard before exporting it.
This plantation will employ 2000 people for a start and return about 1.5b per month to the state government. All they needed was land.
The governor asked us how long before ROI (return on investmvent). We told him 6 years cos palm tree takes time to grow. The governor told us he cannot be investing for his successor to come and reap.
obasiken@yahoo.com Lol thats the problem with nigerian politicians, no continuity. |

Travel › Re: How Can Nigerians In Diaspora Access Their Funds From 2016 With The CBN Policy? by drnoel: 1:38pm On Dec 21, 2015 |
ImpactWorld: Unfortunately, it is one and the same thing afterall. Look at this scenario:
Already, dollar deposits has been banned months ago. This means you cannot credit your dorm accounts.
Secondly, there are no dollars available to buy even if dollar deposits were possible.
In essence, naira accounts were the only options for transacting abroad.
And now, even that will not be possible. Oh ok didnt know there was restriction of buying dollars in nigeria. What of funding ur dorm accounts by wire transfer via foreign account sources or via money transfer? I have always used that and it has not yet failed me. Beside I have a friend that funds his dorm account with western union and he just stays in Ghana. |

Excellent7: How do you fund your Dom account when banks are not accepting cash deposits only wire transfers to Dom account ? You are not allowed to travel with more than 5,000 USD I think.
Let me make a hypothetical but "real scenario" so you can appreciate the quagmire. At this moment, it does appear that if I have 10,000 USD cash, and want to travel, my bank wont accept the deposit into my Dom account, and It is apparently illegal to travel with all. So the viable option is to travel with less than or up to 5,000 USD. Since Naira denominated cards now appear out of question, I only travel if the 5,000 USD can fund the expenditures of the business trip, if not I stay back, airlines do not get to sell tickets, income from the airports decline, I lay of some workers and start trying to survive on my capital.
Expect to see the full effects of these policies by beginning of Q2 2016, by then the guys at the top may start trying to press buttons to roll out reactionary measures .... but it will be "good" steps being taken 4-6 months behind. I know these are difficult times, but the management of things leave much to be desired to me. Somebody is not running the full scenario and appreciating the interconnected cause and effect relationship of things. As things are, these policies are annihilating the SMEs. To answer ur hypothetical question. You convert ur dollars back to naira and pay it back into ur account. Then u ask your bank to provide with with a dollar account which they would and then u convert ut money back to dollar and have a dollar visa card to back it up. Thhen u are back in the game. U will lose money along the line from all the conversion but ur case is solved. About how the policy will affect the masses in 2016. We will just wait and see wont we? |
