Family › Re: My Mum Made A List Of Places Not To Marry From. by drnoel: 11:25am On Jan 13, 2016*. Modified: 12:59pm On Jan 13, 2016 |
If one allows mothers have their way sons would never get hitched. My mum is a professional matchmaker and have matched a lot of couples together. When they call her to settle problems that arise later she would say "Why are they calling me to settle problem. Did I know when they met or who introduced them together"? The one that almost made me faint was my cousin´s marriage. My mom swore the man she favoured for my cousin´s hand was the son of Pope something. That the man was a saint that can´t hurt a fly. My Cousin was not getting young then and though she was already successful on her own but like most Nigerian ladies wanted the security of a man (naija Girls sha, una worry). And years after the marriage incompatibility became an issue and they called my mum to settle gbese. Mummy complain tire saying "they have called me again to settle Problem. That´s when they remember me. If it is to enjoy now they won´t remember me". Me I just laugh tire but I used my tongue to count my teeth. Next time my mum told me she knew the sweet daugther of one of her friends that like me and that she can organize me I told her "Mummy take ya time" That was 4 years ago and am married now. |

marieolae: To be honest, this is what A LOT of guys think here. I've seen it for myself, where some black girls just think they're too good to be true. So all these people that are bashing the op really need to look at it from a different perspective. They don't understand what's going on here. It's paining me die because the 'nicer' black girls are the ones suffering from this. if thats paining you then you dont know wat pain is. Get used to the fact that the bad eggs will alway over shadow the good one, what you do to bring yourself out from the lot of bad/good eggs is what should demarcate you as a Person. The OP should be bashed front back and centre cos he wrote a Long epsitle while missing the Point. I once walked into a Club myself some 4/5 years back and approached a darky I liked. The gurl was fine die and she called me a thief to my face. I just walked away and licked my wounds. Went home that day with two White gurls, the friend of mine I came with was a Nigerian architect who had recently been paid from a Job he concluded some months back so we came to Party with the new Sport car he had bought. The darky did see us driving away with the car. Funny enof we returned to that Club some weeks later and on seeing her I respected myself and stayed away, guess what na she come appraoch us to buy us Drinks. Dem whores dey fine Person way dem go use. Not all africans are thieves, thugs or brigands. |
Romance › Re: My Funny Experience With Black Girls In Uk Club by drnoel: 1:53pm On Jan 12, 2016 |
OlowoB: I will go straight to the point. I went out with my friend on saturday night(09/01/2016) in a club called Sugar Cube. Infact, anybody who has been to glasgow or stayed in glasgow for at least a year will definitely know this club. This is the club most naija artistes visit anytime they come to Glasgow, Uk.
We got into the club, bought drinks and told ourselves that we should chill till around 1am before we start dancing with the ladies. Immediately it was 1am, we started dancing with the gals, going to the different sections (actually two and 1 VIP) of the club trying to see if we will get any girl to take home. We danced with some white gals, some of them politely, with smile on their faces turned us down saying they are with their guys or they are just there to hang out and dance with their fellow white gal friends.
To the issue at hand, me and my friend still kept on, we insisted, we must see a gal to take home that night after paying £8 each to enter and buying drinks totalling almost £100. We moved ahead and saw two black gals and we decided to help their ministry, got close to them like we have done with other white gals in the club and guess what, they not only turned us down, they walked out of our fronts and hissed while going. I mean these were just average looking gals dancing close to each other, not holding any drinks and we decided to help their ministry. I mean why couldn't they turn us down politely like the other white gals have done? It took the Grace of God in my life and the Visa on my passport to prevent myself from pulling them back and slapping them. (yes i was that angry)
I have also noticed here in glasgow that most of these average looking black gals hardly talk to their fellow guys. Is it that they are looking for white guys cos of visa? but at least still talk politely to your fellow blacks.
Please i have seen many scenarios and heard many of such but this particular incident in the club made me know that most black girls (at least 85%) in glasgow,Edinburgh and other parts of Uk except England specifically London (due to huge black population) are just suffering from inferiority complex and they lack basic ability to reason well.
If you have any similar experience, please share. Some of those gals may be on nairaland.
cc: lalasticala, seun Na wah 4 some bobos sef, so they were rude, so they turned you guys down rudely what did you expect? They refused to be the ones to help you ministry, have you not heard b4 that all black men are thieves, brigands and Robbers? What does that got to do with you,....or us for that mata? Are you not a big Boy or should that stuff rubbish your chairmanship? Abeg guy brush it off you shoulder and move on, you can´t win them all. Dem whores are just looking for fools to use. Just thank you stars they alked away cos their Problems are much much worse than some guys can carry. |

Politics › Re: Return Money Collected From Dasuki, PDP Tells Members by drnoel: 3:04pm On Jan 11, 2016 |
Bevista: PDP seems to have begun the process of internal cleansing and renewal. While I do not have the least regards for the party, I consider this a positive development for our democracy. Any person (or party) who confesses his sins and promises not to go back to his evil ways deserves a second chance. --- Recovery of looted funds is probably more important to this administration than prosecution of looters. One of the revenue lines in the 2016 budget is loot recoveries (N300b+), so it is absolutely imperative that the yam eaters cough out every yam. --- The government might forgive secondary beneficiaries through plea bargain if they return the yams without rancor. This will enable the administration focus its meagre resources in prosecuting primary looters like Dasuki, Dikko (Customs), Dieziani, Akpobolokemi (NIMASA), etc. I think u must mean a second Chance on the bench but not in any political Position. There are many dynamic Young voices out there that can be given the Chance to make Change be what the People voted for. |
Politics › Re: Buhari To Relaunch ‘war Against Indiscipline’ by drnoel: 3:01pm On Jan 11, 2016*. Modified: 1:23pm On Jan 12, 2016 |
jazzy4naija: President Muhammadu Buhari is set to relaunch the War Against Indiscipline and Corruption in his patriotic bid to wipe out corruption from Nigeria. This was revealed by the Minister of Information and Culture, Alhaji Lai Mohammed at a meeting with the Broadcasting Organisations of Nigeria (BON) in Abuja yesterday, to enlist their support in the on-going war against terrorism. It will be recalled that as a military Head of State, Buhari alongside Tunde Idiagbon launched a nationwide campaign called “War Against Indiscipline” (“WAI”). The WAI campaign was aimed at tackling the most anti-social Nigerian characteristics such as indiscipline, corruption, and lack of environmental sanitation. He further said the new attitudinal change programme was tagged “Change Begins With Me”, adding that the National Orientation Agency (NOA), with offices across the 774 local government councils will be saddled with the responsibility of driving it. He further explained that another campaign against corruption would also be unveiled shortly after the commencement of the “Change Begins With Me’’ programme. Aware that some members of BON are privately-owned outfits that need to make money to remain afloat, the minister argued that they could only carry out their operations when the nation is at peace. He equated the situation in the country to war, reiterating that the media cannot afford to be neutral at this time. “This war against terror is our war, not the military’s war,’’ he stated, charging them to assist government in disseminating security awareness campaign messages across the country. The minister said the essence of the campaign was to educate Nigerians on the need to support the military which, according to him, had availed itself creditably in the battle. It was also aimed at alerting the citizenry to the need to be more security conscious, to be able to identify Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs), the weapon of choice deployed by the Jihadi terrorists. Another reason was for the campaign is that Nigerians be able to identify suicide bombers before they are able to strike since “they live amongst us”. Mohammed explained that the messages will be produced in various local languages to make them more potent. He also alleged that some beneficiaries of corruption who did not want the nation to be at peace were behind the funding of the Boko Haram insurgency from proceeds of corruption. “We believe that the change we so desire must start with each and every one of us, if it is to endure. The change must also come from within the heart, rather than being forced,” the minister stated. On a request by one of the BON members that the government should assist them in protecting broadcast installations, the minister said he would reach out to the Inspector General of Police, to provide security to all broadcasting premises and facilities nationwide.www.theheraldng.com/buhari-to-relaunch-war-against-indiscipline-2/?utm_source=&utm_medium=facebook .....and they said Jonathan was clueless meanwhile this bag of bones they call Buhari wants to relaunch a Programme formed by his dead deputy. The sad Thing there is that many Nigerians are even happy and many more don´t even care... |

Romance › Re: Benin Prostitute Disgraces Man For Failure To Pay After Romance (Photos) by drnoel: 11:16pm On Jan 09, 2016 |
NEHLIVE: According to a video that's gone viral on Facebook, here is what happened. This man went to a brothel in Benin to have fun with one of the prostitutes. Everything was going on fine at first as he tripped the babe and even bought her cooked noodles. They got inside the lady's room and he started romancing her. The lady asked him to pay but he insisted he hasn't done the real thing and that he wasn't going to pay unless he does the "real thing" with her. The lady kept insisting that romancing was as good as doing the "real thing". Lol. And she held him by his trousers shouting on him with an aim to disgrace him even as her colleague came out of their rooms. The guy held her tight by her jeans too insisting they must go inside and do the real thing, because according to hiim "You cannot be paid for what you didnot work. It is btter you let us go back insde and do me well, and I go give you your money with no wahala. Shikena. We are in a democracy". More photos below...

Demdem2: [s]Gradually but surely we are having a custom service we all will be proud off. Ali was an excellent choice from Buhari to head this service. That is why I keep saying that let Buhari continue to govern while wailers continue to wail aimlessly till 2023. I have no doubt that expectations from customs for the year 2016 to fund the budget will be met. Nigeria is currently in the hands of good and competent hands no doubt.[/s] bros, thats what one should do to ur statement. U dont jump into conclusion yet till we see their hand |
