The Prof gave an average holistic cost that factors in cost of gas pipelines/supplies to the GENCOs, cost of evacuating over very long distances running into hundreds over kilometres of transmission, cost of distribution facilities to different class of consumers. Please, don't come here to cast aspersion on people that are far more educated and informed than you are. You simply do not have data on the specifics of what the erudite Prof was talking about.
