What are the common problem the car faces

What advice will you advice someone that just got a toks of the car with a millage of 104k any thing to change to prevent having futuristic problems ?

0w20 is recommended. 0w40 is formulated for European cars. I will only 0w40 if there is oil shorten or for high mileage cars 0w20 high mileage

If you don't have money to maintain a car better not buy one.
For example, if an engine oil recommended for your car is 0w 40 Mobil brand sales at 73 to 78k 5 litres.

Please who has experience this before, what's the way forward?

I serviced my car last month and last week or so I saw engine oil sign blinking on my dashboard, I managed to drive it home cos I was very close to the house when I saw it. So I call my kazeem and Inform him about it, he said probably I bought a fake oil. That I can top up the oil and use till month end then I can service it again. I was okay with the suggestion cos as at that period i didn't have much with me.

Fast forward to this last weekend, while hustling I started hearing sounds from my car, luckily I was close to riders destination. So I open the hood I heard the sound was from the engine. I switched off the car and checked everything, I found out the oil has dry up again.
I had to top up again to go home, now the sound from the engine didn't stop, Kazeem has checked the engine, said its coming from inside the engine that he has to bring down the Engine to know what's causing the sound.

My bosses in the house, any idea with what might be wrong before kazeem open engine and worsen the issue?

Car is Honda DC
Oil used was Hardex 5w20

Na to replace engine be that.. it takes a lot to abuse Honda engine... More than likely you bought fake engine oil...

Are you aware Mike Adenuga and Dangote are friends before both became business mogul ? I read an article in early 2000, and Dangote stated his house and Mike Adenuga house are basically opposite each other, but he rarely sees Mike Adenuga. He said he has not seen Adenuga in over 20yrs ......


So my point is Adenuga no send anybody ,and he is very low key. He carries himself with class , he puts himself in a situation that he does not have to beg anyone or ask for favor.


Mike Adenuga is a type of person that you will wait at least an 1hr if you want to see him .. All that health issues u dey mention na nonsense talk. Adenuga will not go and wait in line to shake hands and bow to anyone........

A man of Dangote class, should not be lining up and bending down to shake hands . I felt embarrassed watching the video. It made me appreciate and admire Mike Adenuga more. You think Adenuga will line up bend down or shake hands like a little boy .

The only time Mike Adenuga had to go out of his way was when Ọbasanjọ than president at the time. Obasanjo felt disrespected by Mike Adenuga coz Mike no really send am or bow to him. Stick to Mobil 1 imported from the USA and know the source of your oil. You will be fine

Please my first car is on the way to Naija, I want to know the best engine oil, transmission oil for 2012/2013 Toyota corolla, so that I will stick to it for better performance and long lasting.

For engine oil the most popular in Nigeria is Mobil 1 and fake pass original.. for all your original oil we got you cover...

For transmission fluid do not change it unless it is needed . Plz leave it alone u could end up doing more harm than good

I think the fault is from them for lack of doing proper checks on vehicles shipments from their own sea boarders . If their own sea boarders are tight and we'll secured those cars won't be able to leave the country in the first place .

You on point bro. If you noticed they never mentioned stolen cars from the USA. The USA custom are pretty active on doing their jobs making sure what comes and goes out the port are safe and paperwork is on point. Those guys don't mess around.

Other countries custom need to step their game up to avoid such stories.
