@rad I suggest that customers start rating the work done on their vehicles and these ratings are tied to the individuals that worked on the vehicles. Thes ratings should be factored in appraisals. That might help.

There is a difference between trolling and complaint. If you infer that anyone is using an alternate moniker to make false claims, you should have been able to point out one such dubious claims amongst all the claims.
