There's no alternative that i know of. You still havn't answer my questions. As per this thing being economical, the 4 big set-backs are power, internet connection, hardware and technical know-how. If i have a server in Nigeria I wont sleep well cuz I will have to be pinging it everytime to make sure its still online. Some datacenters give you good prices. You may also want to think of collocation too. I don't have a problem with server prices, what I have a problem with is the cost of running licenses for software like cPanel. In some cases the cost of a cPanel license is almost same with the cost for the server's lease. |
alienYOUTH:He'll most likely hit an "access denied" roadblock with either of those options. The solution is to remember the password. Its the only solution. There are a gazillion folder encrypting tools out there and you sure cant be certain to find a fix for this very one. Worst case scenario, contact the makers of the software and hope they have some means of verifying your claims as to rightful ownership. I also hope the software license is genuine. |
dollybird:Shay you just needed consolation abi? You just needed one person to say something u wonno hear. When you are ready to face reality, face the reality than you have wasted major bucks. E fit no be major bucks for you sha, with all due respect. |
4llerbuntu:And when did you repent? IM me when u dey on IM abeg. oyb:What may be hard to understand is how we manage to keep our warez lives out of NL. Its really hard you know? You see a dude asking for stuff and you are about to type rapidsh. . . . and remember. . ."argghh cripes, i'm on NL!". Keeping this place clear of warez is for the good of the Forum. Except una want make dem put Seun for court like piratebay oga. Some of you would just love to see that happen eh? Wickid pips. ![]() |
You have to "wget" everything from cPanel's server. You also need a valid license for cpanel to work. You can get a 15-day trial license from cPanel for the test. If your internet connection cannot download cPanel unto your server then how do you intend to use that connection to serve sites? Nice move though and I have a few questions. I'll ask 'em as i remember them. First, did you get a unique IP address for the server? Wait o, is this not the Rojad of that other thread tht we were "fighting" on? ![]() Give me answers bro, this could be a step to the first Datacenter in 9ja! |
