At TruDigits.com you get what you pay for. You want to know why? Because we get what we pay for from the Datacenter presently housing all our servers. We won't pay for a 100mbps connection at 10TB bandwidth per month on each (Intel® Core™ i7-920 Quad-Core) server and offer unlimited bandwidth to anybody. We are too truthful to tell technical and professional lies and hide behind phony Terms of Service, Service Level Agreements and Acceptable Usage Policies.

Our Datacenter has given us the option of putting our servers on 10mbps with unlimited bandwidth and we have said NO to that option and are not even considering it. We will rather go outta business and say sorry to everyone than punish anyone by putting his/her site(s) on a server running at a speed of 10mbps just cuz we want to offer "unlimited" bandwidth.

Once again, you get what you pay for. If your demands increase beyond your present plan, we will give you advice on what plan to upgrade to.

friendehis, there is 99% uptime. its just us not understanding what it means and what role it plays alongside SLA. 99.5% uptime for instance means the host can have a downtime of 3hours and 30 minutes per year. any downtime within that time frame is okay and there is nothing wrong with them. if they exceed that duration, you can press for your compensations as stated and agreed to in the service level agreement.

Your site is accessible from my end.
Dunno if its among the ones inaccessible from your end.

Don't lose faith in our webhosting industry yet bro. Give 'em some time. If they have an SLA, you can ask for your compensation(s) when you are back up. You know SLAs are just one cool way of cashing in on a host's eff up. But it may not make up for money you lose as a result of the downtime.
