Hire a professional to work with you on your idea, don't worry its your name that will still be in the forefront when it succeeds.

Let me talk from a designer's point of view and in adition to the posts above.

Seperate layout (css) from content (html).

Everything that has to do with the looks, color, position, spacing e.t.c should be done in CSS (try to use a single external stylesheet).
Let HTML do the presentation of content. For "global" parts of your site, be sure to put their CSS in the single stylesheet. By "global" I mean the part that is consistent across your entire design.

Start with drawing up your entire layout to at least 80% completion before adding any textual/graphical content anywhere in the containers that change across pages. Once done, duplicate the file and call it your "template.html". Now get to work and duplicate the template for every page needed.

I see this as the most effective non-web dev approach to this as it wont be too difficult to make a common change across all the pages of a site. God be with you if you have 100 pages and you dont follow this approach.

Bright that's the last price. Battery can last a day for normal use but it won't last long for data or music use. I am ordering original batteries for the 5800 and the touch pro. But tht's not part of the offer. its not guaranteed that I'll get a new battery for it. The battery can be bought at Everyday emporium.

20k last. Nothing do the head of the phone and I have put one of the best ROMs on it. Among other things it can be used as a hsdpa modem and wireless router.

We got talking and I stuck to my quotation after 30 conversations via mail. Time for him to pay mobilzation I told him I wasn't coming to his office to collect cash cuz he wasn't going to pay for the time spent in transit and I could use that time a lot better (I fit use am solve bug or slam babe). He had to send someone to the bank. Finished his site and in his mail of appreciation he said his friend told him I am a very stubborn person but if he follows me bumper to bumper he won't get frustrated and will certainly get a good job.

This thread is turning out to be useless and a waste of time.

So, this morning I set out to complete tweaking of the Interspire Shopping Cart I am working on for a client and he wants to be able to recieve payment through Liberty Reserve and CashEnvoy.

Well I set out to creating the LR payment module thinking sey Interspire will be so gracious to have a payment module API. Well guess what: there's no freaking API documentation  .

So I went to the forums and saw people requesting for different payment gateways. I saw a company who offers to create this things. I mailed 'em and you know how much they want to charge me to create LR payment gateway? 690 USD! WTF  That's almost 3 times the cost for the entire shopping cart. And how long will it take them to do it? 1 week! 

Well outta vex, frustration and more vex I set out to write the module and make it opensource. Then I intend to reply the company with a link to this thread and show them my tongue. 

Features of this module:
You can control it from your shopping cart panel.
You can change your LR ID.
You can add the Naira to LR conversion rate. This is important because I assume the currency your shopping cart will be using is Naira and you know LR wont accept Naira, so I have written the script to convert to LRUSD first before processing.

Normal directory structure for modules is

module_name
module_name/images  (put the image i have attached here into this folder)
module_name/lang/en
