Surprises, we bought 16mm at #2,450 yesterday and a bag of cement is now #2,300. What is our faith to achieve our projects with the rate materials prices are increasing drastically?

Demolition of the 2nd BQ didn't take time, we needed to expand the compound, install the slid gate and start leveling the compound the overhead tank stand also.
