Moutinho was good yesterday. You're quite right about Moutinho having more experience than Ruben. Also, this is Rubens first season of playing in a top league hence, he's still getting used to all these.

However, he won't come cheap. Mendez control the club and was the one who forked out the huge money used in procuring Ruben and for the price Wolves would demand, I would be expecting a finished product which Ruben isn't.

Personally, I would like Van De beek because apart from the fact that he tick all the boxes as a no 6 for me, I doubt he would be as expensive as Ruben. He's also more mobile and agile than Ruben but I need to add that he's been mostly deployed as a no 8 or 10 for Ajax this season all because the Ajax coach wants him near the goal post because of his goal scoring skills and throughballs. He has even stopped taking freekicks because the coach wants him in the box when one is being taken. He's got great heading skill and fantastic movement. He's at his best as a no 6 and I feel he's being underutilized playing as a no 10 or 8. In fact, it was the no 6 position that made him known.

Any of Ruben or Beek is okay by me but I'm worried about Wolves fleecing us.

Mehn I just checked,neves is just 22 o ...simply unbelievable... I think we should get him...considering he still has time on his side,he could still understudy matic for a year or so..we shouldn't b scared of wolves fleecing us,after all were we not scammed by getting Fred?

He's good but I'm still a bit sceptical about him.

First, Moutinho has been the difference maker for the Wolves. No doubt Moutinho has been enjoying playing off another playmaker, that is Ruben, in the midfield but I would love to see Ruben take up the usual dominant role he always assumed for the Wolves while they were in the championship. He's even been terrible without Moutinho this season.

Secondly I have noticed Neves always seem to falter and withdrawn into his shell whenever he's faced with high pressing opposition such as Liverpool, Bournemouth, Watford, Huddersfield, Mancity. Only Moutinho has come out of this games unscathed and looked his dominant self regardless of the opponent whereas Ruben seems to look ruffled and even had problem stringing passes together.

Thirdly, his aerial duel is simply nonexistent. I think that was one of the reason Klopp went in for Fabinho even when he could have utilised Wijnaldum in the no 6 role and his hunch was confirmed when Wijnaldum looked helpless against several aerial balls played by one small team in the champion league. Liverpool even lost the match by high margin, the match ended in 3-0 loss. I think Klopp stopped playing Wijnaldum in the role since then. What I'm saying is I would prefer a midfielder who is great in the air to help us shield our defence from lot of aerial threats.

Apart from these, he's been good and has done well in building up the play from the back and recycling lot of turn over. And when he isn't under pressure, his passes have been good, especially his long passes. He's still quite young and there are rooms to mprove.

Yeah mourinho was brilliant wasn't he? Mourinho was just gliding down the centre of the pitch,didn't want to praise or notice him tho . I was just focused on neves,but you'd expect mourinho to be more calm on the ball,he's got vast experience in the game,he's faced Spanish midfield in their prime so nothing really would rattle him,its just that since neves is still young and has a good understanding of the role,I think he'd improve on his faults...carrick could help him tho in some aspects of his positioning like cutting off passing lanes and fining that vertical splitting passes..
