You have started well by placing the blame well … ON YOU!
1. Keep a shark eye on your business. Wake up in the morning, do a short prayer, check up on your kids and go straight to work. Oversee every singls transaction and collect your money yourself. Stop being a lazy motherf*cker that allows the sales boy/girl do all the selling and expects not to be ripped off.
Stay in your shop from opening to closing. Don’t attend any religious service during the week.
2. Cut down on ALL your expenses by at least 50% until you pay off all your loan. Move to a less expensive or smaller apartment, change the kids school to a good but affordable school, stop all giveaways to family or friends (you are in financial trouble & ONLY your kids & wife are entitled to your money). But cut down drastically on ALL frivolities like expensive clothes, food and outings even for your wife & kids til you break the debt chain.
3. Ask your wife to support you financially until you break free. If she isn’t working, make sure she goes look for work!
4. Don’t be deceived by religious houses to give money you don’t even have anyway.

Before resorting to loan apps, do you know how many people he might have borrowed from and never paid back? Do you know the number of people who gave him money without asking for payback? If that’s the case, he wouldn’t want to go back to those people for any kind of financial help and those people would be fools to even respond or pick his calls.

You lack financial discipline that's the reason for your debt-ridden life. My advice will be you stop taking any further loan because you need to come out of the hole first.

You don't understand, lt was a quagmire, like an avalanche. I should have stopped, l agree that l am not financially discipline enough but if you understand the concept of rat race, l suffered a vicissitudes in life. I use to be very comfortable until series of event drew me back. I have never been indebted before.

I'm currently facing the same pain. Now I am forced to do night jobs. I have begged everyone on my contact list. I hardly sleep at night. Mine started when jumia fined my store for counterfeit products. I was charged 140k for my 2 online store.

Now sapa they pursue me left and right. Loan app only added to my problems.
LCredit are the worst. I'm thinking of driving korope to meet up so I can pay my landlord. Sometimes I even fill like joining Ukraine in the war.

Hi every one, l have been a nairalander for over 10 years and have seen people get advised here, thats why l am putting this up with my account.
I am not blaming anybody for my predicament, neither do l blame the loan app company for their shark like business sytle, l take responsibility for my actions. I am one of those people who criticized people for Falling into the trap of online loan company. It's basically a rat race syndrome and tends to take you deeper and deeper from the seemingly innocuous first attempt.

It all started when my side hussle of buying and selling food stuff suffered a decreased in cost of replacement due to inflation and my sales boy stealing my money. I took my first loan to boost my business and realized that the cost of the loan is high. Since then, it's been a malicious cycle of robbing Peter to pay Paul. I realized that l was lossing money in each transcation and in order to meet up with my payment to avoid defaulting, l resorted to other loan company. Now, l don't even no what to do, all cash injection coming to me is spent on servicing the loan. I can't even feed my family and pay my children school fees. I am tire of this scenario and want to break free. It has taken a toil on me physically, mentally and spiritually.

I seek advice from people who have gone thru this ugly experience on how to break free before it is too late. Below is the list of my indebtness:

Dear OP, l have been in your shoes before. Let me tell u somethings that are sacrosant sad

1) you are the lord and master of your home (2) you run your home based on your principle(3) you don't need peoples opinion to run your home. Now back to the discourse. My wife did samething for me, she prefers to serve visitors before me. I didnot like this and explained my reasons to her. She agreed with me and the issue was resolved amicably. The key here is open communication. Tell here your feelings and see her change.

Thanks sir for your kind gesture. I never took the thread serious till l read the testimonies. I have been a member of nairaland for 11 years and I must confess that I have never seen anything like this. May God continue to bless you.

At present, I need ₦48,000.00 to meet my obligations. I am a married man with two children. My salary is barely enough for me (#55k). I want to pay my daughter school fees of ₦26,000.00 and complete my son school fee with ₦22,000.00. l will be glad if you obliged me sir.

I used same car and can tell you that the car is a good buy. The evaporative issue is minor, just get a hood mechanic to check your cooling system wella. You can negotiate for 1.2M.- 1.3M. Just ensure it's a first body, just make sure the a.c is good, check the odometer reading. Honda is beau, you will not regret it, go for it.

Civic all the way! It is better in terms of durability, engine performance, fuel consumption, ease of repair, availability of spare part, maintenance. The civic has a very low fuel consumption level.

You will get a very modern and decent house at both locations. You don't need to break the bank for this. #250- 350k will get you a fenced apartment, water running and all tiles apartment
