I once heard an oil executive say that it makes no economic sense to put up a refinery in Nigeria because there is so much idle refinery capacity around the world. To him its cheaper to export the crude , pay royalties, refine it then sell it back to Nigeria

Why don't we refine our own home use in Nigeria and sell the crude oil to country that wants it. USA and EU are the ones destroying the economy of Africa and that is why they are attacking China.
