But I stumbled upon a written order, a circular on the improve medical hazards allowances for the medical personnel in Nigerian sub- standard hospital, to discover that the approved medical hazards allowance (which is not upto 50 dollars per month) has not been paid to these men and women who are putting their lives in the face of various disease. They are still being paid 5000 naira (10 dollars) as medical hazards allowance. What kind of devilish regime of APC do Nigerians elected to rule them? This is nothing short of failure and failed government. ASUU was right not and never to believe in APC government promise, but concrete evidence and results for the survival and growth of education plus human and capital development in Nigeria.
