CMS( Content management systems) is a framework developed by some group of "fellow developers using the normal programming languages any web developer will use to create a site any time which are php,html,css,jquery and others". Plugins extend the fucntionalities of your website. plugins do not restrict to cms only, when you want to add functions to your website, "the code you write to put that function on the website is actually a plugin". In wordpress, the package of these snippet codes is called plugins. if you want to use a jquery plugin for example, you will need to add the "code" to your website. Whether you use a CMS or you code from scratch using the web programming languages, html,css,php,mysql,jquery and the rest depending on what you want to achieve, its all the same "CODES" and ''WEB PROGRAMMING LANGUAGES" you will use and apply. Most foreign websites, yes very secured ones are on cms, so whether foreign or local, there is no difference.
All that matter is knowing the languages very well to even tweak the CMS to your own taste to achieve your clients needs.

Follow these steps,

Check if the comments.php file still exist, if it does,

Open your post page php file, usually "post-page.php or page.php".

Then check if you see this line of code " get_template_part("comments, post" wink

;

On the ending of the post-page.php file.

If the comments file does not exist, simply upload one.

If you don't understand php and wordpress thems functions tags,

Simply install "facebook comments plugin by Alex Moses".

That should fix a facebook comments form which is more interactive, social and a way of stopping spam comments.

1. log in to your wp dashboard,

click on plugins, then add new.

2. search the wordpress repository for the plugin called "Automatically Paginate Posts".

you can also download the plugin from : https://wordpress.org/plugins/automatically-paginate-posts/

3. install and activate it, that will input the pagination script needed.

Follow these steps, either you create a page using the wordpress system or code the page yourself.

if you want to use wordpress, create a page, then get the page link and use the html "href" attribute to link it up inside your carrighton mobile theme.

example " <div><a href="the page address here">Page name here</a></div>.

but if you want to code it and make it static using wordpress funtions tag and php tags,

create a file and called it for example "static_page.php",

so this codes goes into the file " static_page.php"

//if you want to load the sidebar, load the sidebar too by calling it, with the function, get_sidebar();

If your theme does not support background image, which was a feature introduced in Wordpress 3.0 ,

How you can implement one is this :

From the Wordpress plugin repository, download the plugin called "simple custom css" .

Install and activate, the go to appearance on the dashboard by the left handside, you will see custom css

Click on it, then use the css background image values and property.

The code you will place inside it will be " body {background-image: url("put the background image path/address here" wink

; }.

That should fix it.
