Whosoever is still doubtful and has seen merci's face before can signify so I can show my face and he/she can compare the two faces if its same. This will be my last mention on the subject. Amen o ... I know a few people who lost soo much, all the nospecto them gang ... I wasn't a trader then though... More of long termer and no where heavy then! mendes911: People were so stuck to the point that Ndi Okereke implemented a rule that will allow stocks to gain maximum but drop only by a certain percentage, that made things worse and people still couldn't cash out.
Most brokers then will refuse to put up your mandate on the system, they had to try to sell their own stocks first.
May we never experience that period again. LOL. |

That's one of the stocks that were bought during the brouhaha of 2007. And there were so much hope on the ban on importation of tyre, their rubber plantation in cross river, kini this, kini that etc. It looked quite rosy. Dunlop for now needs resurrection, companies get delisted ..., when I notice that there is no much traction in a stock or a decline in trading volume, I think I will bail out fast, though for personal reasons I target mainly fundamentally sound stocks but then I still bail out when prices move against me based on my intended hold period, so I get a bit edgy when I hear of some stocks on some people's portfolio |
Investment › Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Dwizeone: 11:33am On Apr 13, 2018 |
But why didn't you sell when you noticed a price depreciation at the time, or where you banking on hope mendes911: The person was right. Very right. Bulls take rest! The only caveat is for how long. Bulls for a specific stock might rest for 15 years (I still have Dunlop shares and have been waiting for bulls to visit it). |

I quite agree his decisions are eratic, who would believe Trump's relations with Putin will deteriorate so rapidly to warrant the sanctions and new threats from his tweets, that's how eratic the guy is but then, he still has sane people around him, plus that could cost him a lot especially if there is no commensurate provocation from Russia, the memories of the aftermath of Hiroshima and Nagasaki bombing is still fresh... Anyways, Let's see how the drama unfolds RabbiDoracle: My dear, with Trump never say never.
I understand that all airport and other bases are being evacuated after Trump's tweet. My dear, even Putin will fear for his life.
The worst is when you want to go to war with someone who doesn't even need congress approval to strike. So expect anything and then complain later. |

RabbiDoracle: Russia is playing with fire.
US will strike Damascus easily. The erratic Trump will confuse Putin.
If the S400 missiles radars get activated and deploys missiles to stop the US cruise missiles and also strike the missile launching vessels (in this case the US destroyers), a[s] nuclear weapon will be used in Syria against Russia[/s].
E better make Putin let Trump rest oo. No one knows Trump's mind ooo. It will be very difficult for this to happen irrespective of the provocation, you can't strongly condemn an action and use same. |
