Just a word, when you see an unsustainable scheme (Ponzi), you will know. ROI is insanely high, you can’t run a business with all the stringent requirements and payout that high. So next time, if you must speculate in Ponzi, do it with an amount you can afford to loose.
Personally, I will advice you go the route of investments, the returns may be small but your capital is safe, and if you feel you can play big, you can tryout your creative ideas as a business.
mauchiz: There is no liquidity issue, they are migrating to a new platform, the workload is too much, that is why he is helping.
There are five stages of grief, the first is denial. I have seen wonderful submissions here from great minds. Just some nuggets, investments is a risk. Everyone’s risk appetite is different but then one thing is paramount any high yield investment program doesn’t last. The risk of failure is high, the risk of losing your investment capital is high. Having said that what I always advice people is to invest what you can afford to loose. Even organized and well regulated companies fail ( Diamond bank was once touted as a strategically important bank).
I wish MBA the very best, but bad publicity is bad for business. To be honest migration can go on without shutting down payments, it’s normal for companies including banks to move to a better accounting platform, stockbroking firms do that too, it doesn’t take long, infact it takes few hours cos you just need data to get this done, the news making the rounds means there’s liquidity issue at the moment.
There are options the management of MBA can adopt, but then they are the only ones that know the state of things, you don’t see their books, their account are not audited for investors so it’s hard to tell. Taking all in all, for those who made a fortune, that’s usually the case of hyip, you have been paid by those that came later. Unfortunately, it is what it is.
Demurkelly: I always see people asking for link to watch match every time.......y'all should use live soccer TV ......na wetin I use. it shows all matches no matter the league.....has very small ads, uses btw 250-300mb per match n its free. U can thank me later.....
Justcul: ... and mislead others right? Why are you/him on this platform? Is it about making your point??
Opinions are like household and everybody has one. We welcome all opinions, always filter through and run with what works for you no need castigating anyone.
meshpips: Let me show us a few things from my volume analytics :
Last week closed at 16.95 while last week's VAP was 17.44 (this was why I said touching 17.44 will be the litmus test for Zenith as at last week).
For this new week, the VAP is at 18.08
We still have about 509 million units of stock in the net sell direction as shown in the K column.
If price touches 18.08 this week then closes with a bearish body next week, Zenith will sell back to the 11.90 low (maybe lower).
18.08 is the price level to watch for this week.
Pull backs are expected in zenith and in every other stock but zee ain’t going down to 11.90 except there are strong negative news. Analytics ain’t doing this with no commensurate negative news.
This is absolutely not necessary, you may not accept his position but some issues are too sensitive to play with, let's not forget we are humans first, making money shouldn't make us forget. Let's kindly desist from quoting or referencing the ills that happen to individuals here, we were privilege to know of the unfortunate incidence because we were told. We welcome all opinions, let's just try to be objective.
onegentleguy: Before u leap, LEARN TO LOOK !! Look at the context for which "the matter about his then missing daughter" was used in the post, before u make illogical conclusions.
Read that part in bold again. ...but this time, do it slowly. ...and try to interpret the phrase; "see u in a better light" It's not that complex to comprehend. ...it's called simple English !! But if u still don't understand it, then am sorry, I can NOT help u !!
Toluway: Pending issues. Corona Virus, Brent Crude Oil Price saga. When would the coast be clear for stock investment ? Wise men of the House, over to you.
The coast I'm seeing is clear now, if you're the conservative type, you may buy in tranches, but everything is looking up (dd always advised). Looks like we are at the peak of the issues. On coronavirus, there is already a vaccine trial in the US, a lot is going on around the globe.
The most important thing is that the prices are low now, " He who is down is not afraid of falling"
robobo: Really to be fair i dont think devaluation is warranted at this time and if any it shld be quite minimal (5-10%)
From my night school analysis brent had average a price of abt 35 since this crisis erupt which wld mean a loss of 22 from budgeted 57, which is abt 40%, if this is view against the 1.7m production cap in place at 57 it wld mean that to be back at the budgeted equillibrum the country could increase production to 140% of 1.7m which is abt 2.4m. the next question is does the country has capacity for 2.4m bpd, while i am not sure of 2.4 at least by antecedent 2.2. - 2.3 is sure that leaves us at 0.1m short of being back at equillibrum. so the question is; is 0.1m bpd short should warrant devaluation, apparently it does not however given that the fact that the country goodwill in international market seems to be at an all time low then one could probably say some devaluation (5-10%) could cometo play
However if the country goodwill (in international markets) is high the talk of devaluation should not have even came to the table
Don't forget to note that demand is not at an all time high, some industries are temporarily shutdown, this also translate to less demand for crude, so you produce but don't get buyers. No equilibrium, it's a downward spiral, but this whole issue will soon be over. It's already at it's peak.
Time to position in fundamentally sound stock. All the mattress gang, make una route out una mattress.
Mcy56: Boss na everything people dey fear....that oga is looking for much cheaper bargain, let him keep waiting at his junction, no be by force to follow this quick money for now.
Don't think the dip is over o, whoever targets the "cheap" just want a good bargain which is not far insight... This market no be emotional thing
RabbiDoracle: I agree with you but you can beat devaluation with buying stocks at ridiculously low price.
Imagine buying Zenith at N5.
#runs away
Yeah, true, diversification won't bite though. Depends on how you look at it, I should have more funds to buy at a ridiculous price after conversion then (speculative).
But wait o, Zenith at N5, hope say you wear quality helmet, make people no stone you
RabbiDoracle: In the US, they are rushing into all US treasuries. 2 year, 5 year, 10 year, 30 year. That is why those rates are severely depressed. Even at 0.5%, investors are still rushing it.
But here in Nigeria, na to hold cash O. Naira, forex anyone.
Hedging can be a very good option now if this rate tarries for long, Naira may be devalued.
Agbor man spotted, really nice though. I know Obiorah well. Congrats to him.
profemmywise: Nice one.. CBN governor Agbor, Delta state, Dir of currency Agbor Delta State, Deputy Governor Obiora born and brought up in Agbor, Delta State... Nice record for the Agbor people.
Op, it’s lekki leisure lake not lekki leisure, the resort is quite good, never crowded and the atmosphere is great for family hang out I will recommend it.
Also, twin waters is another lovely place, lots of arcade games at Rufus and Bee, bowling area and the fine dinning for those who love to have a lovely view over the Atlantic while dinning, mind you it’s pricey here.
These images could be shared on Twitter, tag @presidency, @inecnigeria, @apc, @pdp and all relevant stakeholders. We made some progress in 2015, the elections were not perfect but was better than what we now have, violence was becoming a thing of the past in 2015, but we have lost all of it and retrogressing. It is even regrettable that in all of these violent reports, Buhari is mute, silence means approval.
frozen70g: A rail way line from lagos to onitsha would have been the best
Government will make fortune during festival time and every other times
Yeah, I agree with you, interestingly a good section of that route has been completed, there is already a rail line from Agbor to Warri, there’s plan to connect Ajaokuta but if it were to extend to Lagos that would be great.
Government and the people will make the most of it.
Auladimeji: The traffic jam on that road is equivalent to traveling from the earth to the moon
I went to drop someone at the airport for 11am flight to Portharcourt. I left the airport around 10.40am, the person got to port harcourt, got to destination in PH, I was still in traffic returning, all because I took that route going towards Cele. The traffic is terrible.
Tithe is not for the new convenant believer, it’s a lot to explain with the scriptures.
alBHAGDADI: This is a pure rubbish teaching coming from a Catholic Bishop of gay kingdom.
Where did God order that we should do what this preacher said with our tithe? Nowhere. What God said in Malachai 3:10 is that we should bring the tithe to his house. He didn't say we should branch somewhere else with it.
Yes, the pastor's idea seems like a reasonably brilliant and kind one, but that doesn't make it right in God's eyes. Remember that the way man thinks is different from the way God thinks.
Man thinks it is a good thing to give the tithe to someone in need of it. But where did God say such about tithe? Nowhere. He only said to bring it to his house and from there it is distributed to the needy.
Think of it this way: You are on your way to the hospital with 100k to pay for your child's medical bills. Suddenly you found a needy man. Be honest with yourself, will you give the money to the needy man to the detriment of your child in the hospital?
I can bet you won't. So why do you now think it is right to give your tithe to the needy man? Remember, it is God's money and you have no right to decide how to help God spend it, especially when he gave you no such order.
Look, don't let people bamboozle you weird scenarios like the one given by the preacher. Always stand by God's command. The tithe is his, and the only thing you can do with it is to take it to his house, nowhere else.
They may even use your child as an example, saying what if your child is sick and the money needed for treatment is equivalent to the tithe money you have, which is your last dime.
What will I say in this case? Give that money to God because it is his. At this point many will be kicking against me. Little do they know that they are kicking against Jesus who said...
Mathew 10:37 He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.
Why do you think Abraham is referred to as a friend of God today? Because he obeyed God by proceeding to sacrifice his son Isaac as commanded by God. He didn't think twice. But people who are not worthy of Jesus are the ones who will disobey him by doing the thoughts of their heart instead of his word.
Proverbs 3:5-6 (KJV) 5 Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. 6 In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.
midnighter: Its not a speech, it's a comprehensive answer to an open-ended question which is exactly what was necessary. Dont quote me unless you watch the video and listen to what he said...he said the right thing...
Let’s look at it differently, we are having a discussion as panelists with a moderator, and a question is thrown at you, would you start by your excellencies like Buhari did, will you read a full prepared note or show your knowledge about what was asked. Not being sentimental, this shows a lot to us, have you seen Buhari address issues and you can confidently beat your chest about the rightness and intellect of his answers. This can’t be the best we have to offer as a country. The reason we now support mediocrity is because we are seeing what is wrong as a norm.
For your information I saw this video since morning on twitter and it was posted by Tolu though he has deleted it. This is embarrassing to say the least.
To think that you don’t even understand that this is embarrassing shows what Buhari has done to us as a country, a panel discussion with discussants and to answer a question, your president had to read a full speech.
-"We will take concrete steps to harness climate-innovative ideas by including youth in decision-making processes..."
-"We will mobilise Nigerian youth towards planting 25m trees to enhance Nigeria's carbon sink..."
-"In the energy sector, Nigeria is presently diversifying its energy sources from dependence on gas-powered system to hydro, solar, wind, biomass and nuclear sources..."
-"Our government has introduced climate-smart agricultural practices..."
-"The Lake Chad basin .... has shrunk significantly from its original size due to climate change ... ecological restoration and recharge of the Lake Chad...promote interstate co-operation, strengthen community resilience, as well as addressing the environmental and security crises..."
I dont like him but I cant find anything wrong with what he said...its a perfect answer...
BEFORE YOU MAKE A JUDGEMENT WATCH THE FULL VIDEO..WHAT HAS BEEN POSTED ABOVE WAS JUST AN INTRODUCTION TO THE REAL ANSWER WHERE HE MADE HIS POINT....
