arbitrage: I think it is better to have static IP address rather than dynamic IP that changes from time to time. If you have VPN service that is constant, it will be better. The browser I was unable to upload before has option to choose the country and city but opera mini can change daily but usually back to what it was before. I wouldn't know how often Blackberry changes.

Nonetheless, I have accessed Paypal from both workplace (constant static IP) and also from home on my opera mini browser tablet, without issue till now. May be it is because it is still foreign IP that helps BUT static IP is advisable if you can. Thank you

Because you might endup loosing the link to the original domain if they closeup tomorrow. domain re-sellers appear to be original domain registers. most of them do not last long as they are out to make money and if they are unable to make certain amount of sells, their website is closed.

I recently bought a .DE domain for 12 dollars on godaddy when other registeres where selling for 70 dollars. I hope with this few points, you are able to see the reason i choose www.godaddy.com
