Politics is the only reason why SISU has a 94% rating on RT and I can't even explain how it managed to earn that audience rating. Everything about it is average as fûck and the action is meh at best. 🤦🏾‍♂️
Everything you wrote about that overhyped movie is true. To say that I was disappointed after watching that movie is an understatement. The movie is bang average at best.

grandstar:
The best palliative for the poor is to lift the protectionist walls against the import of rice, poultry and second hand clothing..

Place a 20% importduty on them. This will not only bring down the price of food, but stem muggling of them into the country, anf raise 100s if billions of Naira for the government from mport duty.

Yes, it would hit poultry owners and rice farmers hard but creative destruction will eventually do its work. And again, the gain will be far greater than the loss
That your second statement is a big lie, if the import duty is placed at 20% who do you think will suffer the consequences if not the citizens??

My concern is what the money is to be used for. More like robbing palms kind of money. The body responsible for accreditation should be responsible for its team's transportation, feeding, logistics and the likes.

All these system practised in Nigeria is funny.

I stand to be corrected
It means that the government will no longer fund all these, each department have to cater for themselves ditto for each institutions of higher learning.

If private universities can be for profit purpose, our state and national tertiary should also put their acts together and stop depending on free money from government
You probably from the subsidized University education, but because you're probably out of university now others should suffer or become dropouts so you and your masters can use them as political thugs. May God help your soul.

Then keep her busy with cartoons on Telly
This your comment is very wrong o, the girl is barely 3 and you're talking about beating her. Ontop wetin, you even suggested getting a private lesson tutor for a girl that's barely 3. Dey play.

It will be bad of me to use a foreign university cos that will be wild, and why am using a university local to the country. And moreover, the school is doing very well and deserves every kudos for now. I don’t care about their religious affiliations, but inlove with the excellence they churning out.

You could easily relate the high fees to their standard and quality.
Who or what gave you the impression that Covenant University is better than all the public universities we have in Nigeria?? Are you talking in regard to the academic environment or the quality of education??
Education › Re: Parents, Students Cry Out As Universities Hike Fees by Dybala11(m): 11:12pm On Jul 01, 2023
Kukutenla:
You're simply ignorant. Majority of those who pay huge fees to study in UK use it as migration format. They're not paying just for the sake of education but to move their families to better climes. They sell off houses, cars and other valuable properties to raise such funds. And when they get there, they work their socks off to continue to be able to afford the fees.

So your comparison is totally off point.

No one who has the means to study abroad will go to Nigerian universities in the first place. At least not the public ones
What he's simply trying to tell you is that the government should increase the school fees to the extent that those from middle class homes will have to sell off their valuables like houses, cars and land before they will be able to afford going to a university, in the same society where they'll then find it hard to get any meaningful employment. Just dey watch that man and dey laugh.

1. Aren't u aware that the question I asked u using my internet is research? Except u have a different meaning to.d word research. So therefore....What are the conditions for collecting the students loan?

2. Is china the world? Since you say "all reforms in the world bring it's pain", kindly give me all the reforms in the world and tell me how they brought pain.

3. You haven't answered the question...Why do the reforms never bring a better today?

4. Still doesn't answer the question...Why is it that the better tomorrow never comes?

5. What the hell is this?..."not to.oudh himself into penury"

Why shouldn't be feel the pain of the "reforms"?

If you elected Tinubu to "turn Nigeria fortune around", which fortune has he turned around so far?

In what direction is he turning the fortune and from which direction is he turning the fortune?
All he's trying to tell you is that for our leaders, the status quo remains the same. Medical tourism, corruption and so on will continue. Let the masses suffer, let their children drop out of school, he doesn't give two shits.

I understand you bro. Omo, may God help us in this country of ours. We will all suffer the consequences together, and some people will be badly affected compared to others. There was a time that women selling tomatoes, peppers and so on the market will struggle to sponsor their kids in the university. With the removal of education subsidy, may God help those whose kids will be in the university or getting ready to enter into University by then.

UK stopped subsiding their Universities but provide student loan to UK students. Yet, many Nigerians go there to pay millions of naira over rubbishy designed courses.

The Nigeria govt has provided loan for students to access to be paid back when they start working.

The reforms going on can bring with them attendant pains right now but at the end Nigeria will come out better.
Many of the graduates we have are unemployed, how do you expect them to repay the loan without adequate employment in the country??
Also, I think you haven't seen the criteria for students to be able to access the loan, dey play.

Since fresh tomatoes have become scarce and quite expensive these days, and Sunday rice is a must for most homes, palm nut stew should be the perfect alternative to tomato stew.
It's quite cheap.
One derica measure is sold for about 500N, buy just two measures, and your pot will be filled and running over. cheesy

So, aside palm nuts, what other alternative(s) can you suggest?
Aside tomato stew, what else can you eat with your white rice?

A typical Nigerian will shift blame onto someone else, even an outsider but will not acknowledge his/her own misdeed. Shebi Bill Gates is the one ruling Nigeria and making all the destructive policies and wrecking the finances via corruption and nepotism.

Why do you no longer like it?
Did you overuse it?
If there's another word to quantify how often I used it then, plus I don't really like the taste jor. Maybe because my cooking skills isn't top notch. Since then, I made a vow onto myself that I won't use it for cooking again. It's been years and I stood by my vow, fresh tomatoes and peppers is bae jor. It might be true o, cos some Nigerians are ready to sell their birthright and conscience even for a chicken change.

What he did is something I often encounter online and offline. It just made me think what is wrong with these people sef, how did they manage to pass exams in school? When they skirt around issues and don't answer questions directly.

The thing is not rocket science na. If you have it good say so and tell us why. If you have it bad say so and tell us why OR don't tell us anything at all. But what I don't want to hear is this philosophical dogmas about marriage it is exasperating.
I don't take their comments as a serious one too. Just scroll pass their reply next time. But the way you came on strongly with that your reply actually shocked me o. No vex abeg. 😂😂😂😂

As worse as the West have been, they're still light years better than those lots you're worshipping. Let any media personality just criticize a government policy on the media and watch what will be done to him or her.
