She should go to a very good lab and run a confirmation test. I've had similar experience the first rubbish test was positive the confirmation and others I've done till date is negative

please when you make money you will spend it on something people may call ridiculous. Some buy arts, some go watch orchestra, when some go buy yatch other get a private jet but what is bottom line is that we have our choice. Personally i will get note 6 edge. My boss spends 15k on the average on women and drinks weekly but he will frown when someone spends 20k on phone he will use on average of 2yrs. The amount he spends on bling bling things like wrist watches and bangles that he does not necessarily use cause his younger siblings end up claiming them is another thing. Its all about choice.

This brings to mind a scripture I read today , Mark 14:3-9- where a woman poured a very expensive oil on Jesus' head...people were indignant with her that the money could be given to the poor ,but he said "Let her alone why do you try to make trouble for her?.....for you always have the poor with you,and you can do to them good whenever want to,but you will not always have me"

Why won't nigerians keep wasting hard earned funds on SME when the government and fellow citizens have declared themselves as "Dream killers"..... Take for instance someone who has an effective formula for cough, and has done all necessary research ,test ,experiment,registration (first of all ,going through this process without support is hell in this country. Who cares? Even your dear loved ones will beg you to quit, talk less of to drop a dime)...a research done in LUTH is not enough for UBTH they will ask you to bring money for them to run their own test(ask me if they are really running any test), every teaching hospital and general hospital will ask for their own.. or is it government that will not run the buiz down with high tariff from different angle? They'll collect for electricity upon the fact that you burn fuel everyday, they will ask for refuse bill as if they carry your refuse for you, even after paying to private waste mgt, they will ask for sewage bill as if they know where suck-away is situated the premises..... Or is it fellow citizens that would prefer made in india/china products than made inn Nigeria?
Talk about financial institutions ..let's not even go there,to get a loan of 2million you must have up to 70% of that 2M and more in your account....if I can raise 70% myself what difference would the 30% make? and the frustration goes on and on
