You have to be sure that ur NIC is receiving and sending well by right clicking on LAN icon and clicking on status
Also the speed is up to 100mbs else change the NIC or the connecting cable
Make sure that all ur workgroup name 4 all the computers is the same.
If u are not using a DHCP server then configure the client computers using a static IP address by going to control panel --> Network connections --> TCP/IP-->properties
CLICK ON USE THE FOLLOWING IP ADDRESS
Then assign IP address such as
192.168.22.1

to the next computer the IP Address will be
192.168.22.2

Follow suit increasing the last figures
192.168.22.33
etc

with this you will surely see your workgroup computers

Better still go to search from START menu -->computers or People
Type the name of any computer you want to see, click search
surely u will see any computer on the network.
To be on a better footing ensure that U are using a uniform operatiing system

I met this gal who just graduated from a university.I am a graduate as well  and wants to go into a relationship with her. I got a job immediately after graduation and have some other plans in progress that will make the future more blissful as I am just comfortable presently.That I have disclosed to her but to my uttermost surprise she still wants to know how much I am paid presently hence she is draging her feet in the relationship.

Frankly speaking human management is not easy at all but a good administrator ought to be Pshycologically informed
during interview watch out for certain behaviour or actions from ur would-be employee,
temperament,gestures the blinking of eyes, some facial expressions,speech manerism and some psycological questions you ask ass well as theoritical and practical tests before employment will give immense help in fishing out the right employee.

However be an example to some extent if you have the technical know-how.
Also dont be too harsh from some of ur resposes you sound somehow mean.Be mean and mild depending on situations.
Try as much as possible to correct with brotherly or love and dont give room for laxity.
